Everything Bagel with Scallion Cream Cheese
    Emmilee M.

Formerly called Mr. Bagel, this no-frills neighborhood shop has been in Ridgewood for over 10 years. Other spots have opened in the neighborhood since, but I always come back here in the end. Long time staff, crisp yet soft bagels that wont hurt your jaw when you eat them and unbeatable prices. While the menu is simple and the inside may appear unimpressive to some, this place has rightfully earned its spot on the block and five stars in my eyes. You'll always get a freshly made, quality New Yorker bagel here.

Delicious 10/10 recommended everything tasted fresh they make the bagels from scratch which is awesome and the staff is very nice.

Nice little bagel shop, with everything from fresh baked bagels /fulfilling egg sandwiches/ delicious baked muffins you would need for breakfast. Big selection of Drinks and Coffee.

Based on bacon egg and cheese (BEC). This is by far my favorite bacon egg and cheese! Roll: toasted to perfection (if you don't like toasted rolls, you're most definitely a serial killer) Fried Eggs: cooked medium with tender love and care Bacon: cooked perfectly! That's all I have to say The staff is always super polite and they take care of you right away. Any time I'm in the area I MUST buy a bacon egg and cheese from here...no exceptions!

    Refurbished during COVID19. Looks great!

Still love this place. So happy that they seem to have overcome the COVID19 lockdown. Seen straight away and the bagel was delish!

My steak was juicy and pink, just the way I like it, the potatoes were seasoned really well and they weren't over or undercooked and the caesar salad had the perfect dressing to salad ratio. I would say that I was a little thrown off by the confusing and out of place the playlist seemed to be considering the vibe of the restaurant and the kind of food being served. My daughter started off with their buffalo wings the last time we dined here. I ended up trying one and OMG it was sooo good! Making buffalo wings is definitely a craft!! Some Restaurants just don't have it down-pact..but Ltauha is SPOT ON!! Their wings are Dee-licious, crispy on the outside, tender / meaty on the inside and covered in a balanced, flavorful spicy sauce! Perfection!! For Brunch, my Dad got the shrimp quesadilla and me and my daughter got the Flat Iron steak. You cannot go wrong with the Flat iron Steak with eggs and home style potatoes! There is always a party in my mouth when I dine here lol. I will be returning!

Some sort of sweet glaze blended within the lemon pepper seasoning delicious. Also enjoyed the ranch dipping sauce which tasted homemade. The blue cheese was also great with a sharp taste. Burger was delicious! Every aspect complimented eachother. Normally I don't like American cheese on my burger but it worked on this one. Sauce and onions were perfection. The pickles were also great too. The pickles reminded me of a Japanese style appetizer I can't remeber the name of Delicious sweet potato fries and dipping sauce. The sauce Reminded me of a bang bang shrimp type dipping sauce. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Felt like they worked as a team. Very low key and unassuming, especially at night... I ordered the Seneca burger (a smash burger), and added bacon. It was good, but $12 for a smash burger feels a bit steep. Good... but not $12 good. I also got the sweet potato fries, which were delicious and crispy. It came with a horseradish(?) dipping sauce that worked surprisingly well. They also had some interesting cocktail options. I'd come back for brunch or an early dinner to try more from the menu.

We tried a bunch of stuff and the star was definitely the soft scrambled egg tostada, the masa pancakes and coffee tres leches cake. These are a must try! Good to try was also the fried oaxacan cheese but at $14 for 3 pieces, it's not worth a repeat order for me. These were skippable to be honest: mega thick bacon (just ok) home fries (meh) The chilaquiles (pork chorizo, salsa ranchera, crema, queso fresco, sunny up eggs) lacked flavor for a dish with so much going on. Service was pretty quick.

Came specifically for their famous masa pancakes and YES, you must get them. Crispy exterior, fluffy and soft inside. Soaks up the delicious syrup perfectly and the slab of cold cinnamon butter on top is the most delicious touch (if you're like me and love butter). I'm also a huge chilaquiles fan (California natives, stand up) so had to try that as well - very, very good. Chips were the perfect balance of crispy and soft, pork chorizo was balanced in flavor. We also got a side of their mega thick cut bacon, home fries, and eggs. All wonderfully executed - easy things to add on that don't take away from the main events. I guess the one thing I wasn't a huge fan of was their drip coffee (no other options outside of cold brew) but if that's the only downer from this meal, I can absolutely live with it. Service was lovely even sitting at the bar and the hosts were really kind as we were a walk-in. Definitely a place to try if you like a unique pancake and Mex-American flavors!

Being someone who fancies a good burger on occasion, I decided to check it out, and was not disappointed. On Tuesdays they offer a $20 burger and beer special. The overall atmosphere here was cool. I'm not a horror enthusiast by any stretch, but the decor was unique and made for an experience that you don't get at many other places. The bartender (Ellie?) was very nice, and made me feel welcome, which some bars don't often do for first time customers. I'll be back in the not too distant future.

Came here for an early dinner - the servers are amazing and they do a great job! Please tip well they are an asset. This is horror movie themed. Burgers were really good a bit too pink in the middle but they can put it back in for you if you wanted cooked a little more. Fried artichokes well These were marinated artichokes that were fried and were too stringy so not a fan of those. Chips were too brown as if they were left in the oil too long or the oil was too hot- Arugula was fresh and good. Good Hot Toddy! Dessert was a miss that chocolate skull felt like it was in the refrigerator too long.
