My girlfriends and I finally got away for a weekend. Love being a Worldmark owner. I do not like the check in and the sales people shoving a 60 minute update, which ends up being hours. I was signed up without being asked and forced to pay $40 to hold a spot. I ended up cancelling, but still have yet to see my refund. It was embarrassing for my guests to wait in the car and hear the sales guy go on and on about it being his first day, clearly it wasn't, while we needed to use the restroom. Our room phone rang at least 3 separate times after I cancelled. I called on check out day to see if I could get a bit more time and was told, they would give me more time, if I attended an owner update. I was floored. I already pay for my timeshare, leave me alone to enjoy my vacation. Clearly they have no respect for people wanting to just relax and not be hounded. read more

Here's the story line: It was my friend's timeshare and she wanted to celebrate her 30th birthday over here in Windsor. We went up Friday afternoon and check-in is at 4 pm. She got the 3 bedrooms and it was a very nice place. The rooms were well insulated that we couldn't hear other people (there were a lot of snorers!). The main swimming pool was heated and the jacuzzi was really nice. We had a lot of fun in the poop (we went late in the day to avoid the kids) and then we barbecued. Downside: The kitchen wasn't fully equipped. We were missing a lot of items and so we had to make do of what we had especially we prepared for cooking in during our whole stay. There were no free wifi and I think you had to pay $5 for just one day or what not. The TV system has yet to be updated to flat LCD panels. Overall, we had a good time and my friend did say that the last time she stayed up there, the kitchen had everything and so we'll give it another go next time around. The important thing is that the birthday girl had fun and so did we! read more

I LOVE this place! I'm fortunate enough that my in-laws are WorldMark members. They have gifted my husband and I a weekend here and were kind enough to give my girlfriends and I a weekend here for my bachelorette wine tasting weekend! I've stayed at other WorldMarks before and while I have enjoyed all my stays this is my favorite location! I love the how the rooms are clearly newer, well decorated, and ALWAYS clean (the most important). The staff here is kind and knowledgeable about the area. They are more than willing to provide free tasting passes to the local wineries and give recommendations based on the parts of the area you want to focus on. There is a wine tasting hour in the main lobby by the pool.. if I recall correctly its close to check-in time. My (now) husband and I checked, went to our room and were then able to relax and enjoy a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. Quite a nice touch. My last stay was the end of July 2010 and I know I'll be back soon! read more

This place is a dump! We stayed on the first floor and all night long you can hear the morons upstairs running back and forth for unknown reasons at 4am. Then the tv never worked even though 2 different repairs guys said they fixed it. The walls and ceiling are very thin and you can hear outside noise and people above you. Management is a joke a well. All they want to do is upswell you their time share BS too! Sell, sell, sell!!! That's what they want to do. I spent 3 nights here and was so glad to Leave! This place has a lot of issues and I cannot recommend this place at all! read more

Stayed during the early winter months this year. Back when the weather in the Bay Area was cold, damp and filled with unpredictable weather. We arrived during the nightime so finding the unit was a bit difficult. Our family had already checked in, so it was merely finding the right building. Parking seemed full, but found a spot in front of our building unit. Thank goodness for elevators as it took us to our two bedroom suite. Overall, the unit was like a cozy townhouse. It had a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, fireplace, TVs, stereo, dvr, a living room Murphy bed. Small sofa, dining/kitchen table, full stacked washer and dryer, a grill on porch (but too cold to grill/BBQ). Bathrooms were clean (think one was for handicapped guests, as it had a lots of room). But too many amenities or features to mention. Bedrooms were clean and colors were very natural and pleasing. It smelled very clean and crisp. Kitchen was stocked with cooking and serving utensils with if I recall a toaster and coffeemaker. However lobby has fresh coffee but I think there is a charge (but I could be wrong, so can someone correct me?) But beware, since it's a time-share community, one may get "invited" to a presentation to upgrade ones WORLDMARK status or become a new timeshare "owner". Just sayin'..... Overall, I would recommend this lovlyb place for a Napa Valley get away. The city of Windsor has grown into a cute little city with a lot of franchise businesses so it won't feel strange and it'll be very familar to most of us. Ps weather was between storm cells and it was beautiful the time we stayed. We were told some upgraded roof work was scheduled, but I didn't hear anything outside :) read more

Rudest front manager I've ever come across, the worst customer service - first they send us to a room that didn't exist, then they sent us across the resort to another room - that was halfway through being cleaned. At this point I called the front desk and the front desk guy told me that check-in was "not guaranteed at four" (despite the listing saying check-in at 4) and when I questioned that he laughed and mocked me. We sit on the curb, two small kids who are exhausted from 9 hours of driving, finally someone comes with a THIRD set of room keys - that DONT WORK. By this time we see that room 2 has been cleaned so we go BACK there. I would never in a million years stay here again. read more

We are timeshare owners here and couldn't access the WiFi so when we called for help they said they don't even know where windsor is then hung up. We are not owners, but rather rented the room about fourteen days before our stay from VRBO. It seems that priority is often given to VRBO renters, over timeshare owners. The place was large, clean, and in pretty good shape, however, I need to talk about the BEDS: I am forty five years old, 5'11" and 160 pounds, and this is the second worst bed, I can remember sleeping on. Every morning, My wife and I felt beat up--sore legs, sore back, sore shoulders, sore wrist (I'm not even sure how the sore wrist is possible). We considered leaving a night early, just because of the bed. The bed was hard. I thought of it like plywood with a comforter on top. Hopefully not all of the beds are like this, but because of this experience, I will hopefully never stay here again. read more

I absolutely was more than impressed here. Accommodations were clean and spacious. Beds were super, super comfy. Staff was friendly, and my vacation went as planned. This location is so perfectly centrally located to some hidden gem wineries as well as the new Russian River Brewing Co ginormous brew/everything pub. Nice locale with a local and mostly organic market in town called Oliver's. Resort staff are by in large friendly, welcoming and attentive. But it's hit or miss with units. We always get the penthouse suites and this time there were a few snags of a different kind than last time (broken screen to windows and also sliding door unable to close last time). We are in 6208 this time around and the suite has non working phones. A technician came in last night but was unable to repair them for us. We also have a loose ac vent at the entrance that was also not able to be repaired due to missing tools when they arrived to repair. The unit was clean and furniture is up to date but the expressed issues are of concern. We are Worldmark owners and we know for this reason that things can and should be better. We expect units to be to in best order but as mentioned, this is not always the case. read more

Overall unit was clean, generic hotel-looking space. Everyone was friendly. The kitchen had adequate supplies. Internet was very problematic and required numerous calls for tech support. There were not enough parking spaces in the lot near the unit for our car so every time we came in we had to park a fair distance away. We called for towels to be replaced but no one came and we had to place a second call several hours later. Breakfast at Charlie's was very good. The pool and hot tub were nice. read more

Fantastic timeshare property! On our recent excursion to the not-so-far land of rural Wine Country, we booked a weekend at this timeshare in sleepy little Windsor, CA. 3 miles from downtown Windsor, or 14 miles to Healdsburg, this relatively new resort provided a perfect escape from big-city life, all the while being stones throw away from bustling townships (and their cinematic downtown settings/shoppes/atmospheres!). -The Room/Apartment- The two bedroom unit (sleeps six "technically") we stayed in had all the amenities of a comfortable apartment home. The master bedroom contained a super-comfy (tipsy on wine!) queen bed, a dresser w/27" tube teevee atop, and a seperate&modest restoom/shower/sink/vanity. The second/guestroom was simply furnished with two twin beds and a dresser, and was situated immediately next to the large guest restroom. The livingroom/kitchen area where we spent most of our time (tipsy on wine!) is comfortably furnished with a [full or queen sized?] Murphy bed (folds down out of the wall), [non-foldout] couch and two lounge chairs. As well, there is another 27" teevee, DVD player, and a small stereo system. The breakfast hutch/island that seperates the kitchen from the living room was a perfect staging area for cheese & crackers (tipsy on wine!), morning coffee (tipsy on wine!), and munching on leftovers (tipsy on wine!)... as well as mixing lemon shoju and apple juice-Jack Daniel's... (tipsy on wine!). The fully-featured kitchen has plenty of what you need (utility/utensil-wise) to prep meals/food for a few days; stove, oven, sink, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge, sivlerware, flatware, pots/pans/casseroles, etc etc. (All we needed was the fridge, the bottle opener, and a bajakazillion glasses, then the dishwasher... tipsy on wine!). Each unit is also alotted a decent patio (w/patio furniture) and a gas BBQ grill... -The Resort- Neighbor'd by a farm, a golf course, and a restaurant, the seclusion makes it rather peaceful and serene. The recreation center/lobby provides a small store with souvenirs and toiletries, but no food. There is also a workout facility; not a great one, but enough to run/bike/lift away some of the wine-derived calories. As well, there are two billiards tables, a ping-pong table, and a room of videogames. The resort also has two pools; a large pool attached to the recreation center, and a smaller pool amidst one of the clusters of apartments/units. Though alcohol poolside is probably against the rules, we brought out a few bottles to enjoy under the summer sun... -Location- Less than a mile off of 101 and easy to find, but note; this place is walking distance to nothing, except perhaps a place called Charlie's that is supposedly pretty awesome. My in-laws have a timeshare in the WorldMark chain and they stayed here for a couple of nights while making their way down from the Portland area to our house. They got the 3 bedroom as we were going to stay with them, but alas, our older dog decided to hurt himself and the vet advised it would be best not to board him and WorldMark does not allow animals. We spent a few hours one afternoon with them in the "condo" and I must say, I was impressed with the size of the space as well as the ammenities. Some updating could be done-better/newer TV's and more comfortable mattresses, but all in all, a nice space. Looking forward to our summer trip when we will get to experience another WorldMark somewhere else! read more

Yes. I'm a Timeshare connoisseur. I own two with my parents, my sister owns one and several of my relatives have one as well - leaving me options to travel often and stay at great places. I am ever so thankful that my sister booked us here to stay. The staff is really sweet and friendly and It's a nice place to stay but my gripes outweigh that fact. The beds are super uncomfortable. I could barely sleep. It's a firm bed but I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. You have to pay for wifi. I mean, really? My sister is a platinum member At the pool, they don't have floats or any pool stuff to borrow for the kids. The wading pool is super tiny. They don't provide you with any shampoo or conditioner. You have to pay for the videos you check out. The coffee in the unit really sucked. I tasted like brown water. Our unit was also missing a cutting board and a tea kettle. Super weird. Also, they should really put families with small kids on the first floor as they're bound to run around. All we could hear were the guests stomping above us. There was no activities during the day/evening or a cocktail hour (I mean we are in wine country after all). The place didn't have as many amenities as other timeshares I've stayed at. Like I said, staff was really friendly and nice but it's not enough. Despite them falling short of the amenities of a regular timeshare, I had a wonderful time with my mom, sister and kids. read more

This was my first stay at a Worldmark resort. I am an owner of a timeshare and used my points to trade to stay in Windsor. The location is great for visiting the wine country. I was disappointed with some of the things at the resort itself. There is not enough sound proofing between the rooms. While in the bedroom I could hear the person in the room next door snoring every night. While in the restroom I could hear the conversations of the people in the next unit. Worst of all I could hear every single step of the people in the unit above ours. The ceiling sounded as if it were going to cave in. The pounding and creaking was so bad I couldn't sleep. Even without the noise I would not have had much rest since the bed was the HARDEST bed I have ever had to try to sleep on. My back, neck, and elbows hurt so bad. Of course they wouldn't take no for an answer to a sit down talk about the resort. We arrived 5 minutes early to the sales pitch meeting and no one came to escort us to the meeting for 25 mins. Even if I had been considering purchasing "credits" their being late for the sales pitch meeting let me know that my business wasn't very important to Worldmark. read more

Several of our TEAM members stayed here at the WorldMark Windsor the week of our Ironman 70.3 event. We found the grounds to be very well maintained and the amenities super convenient. Since we called this home for a week, having the full kitchen and in room laundry was very convenient. Especially when it came cleaning our gear post race. Nothing was really missing from the kitchen so you really felt like you had all the conveniences of home. Not sure if that's necessarily a good thing but for this trip, it was since we wanted to do all the cooking leading up to our race, leaving nothing to chance. We stayed in building 5 which was really nice because it was away from the road and traffic - it was just nice and quiet. Exactly what we needed. My only complaint about these units were that the parking areas were pretty far from the units so if you had a lot of gear to lug around, it was pretty challenging. There were a few spots in the front but those were likely taken up in the evening so you had to park a distance away. I'm not sure if parking was an issue because they were sold out but since we had to transport a lot of gear, this proved to be challenging. We ended up double parking to load the car which wasn't really safe. I'd definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area. It is far away from Napa (about an hour drive but it's really close to many of the Russian River Wineries. read more

I stayed here and and accidentally left my rain boots behind in the room. I noticed immediately when I got home and phoned the resort. It all went down hill from there. I spoke to 3 different people, Kelley, Shannon and one other woman all assuring me that they would check the logs and return my phone call. Almost 1 week later I have not heard back from anyone. As of now I give up and will just buy another pair of boots. I guess someone needed them more than me. I'm only glad it was just boots and not something of significant value. The beds and pillows are AWFUL! They need new ones badly- at least in the unit we were in. It was like sleeping on plywood using a sack of cotton balls for a pillow- no support or ability to form. The facility itself was nice and in a pretty area. read more

When you check-in, the very helpful agent will offer you a "free breakfast" and a gift for attending, to learn more about their properties - "no pressure". We thought - what the heck - we need to have breakfast anyway, and sure... tell us a little about your properties. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE. Brow-beating ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE sales manager who wreaked of cigarette stench, that was aggressive to the point of being rude, demeaning and insulting when he could see that we were not going to buy into his time-share SCHEME. The accommodations were fine for what they were. The building is cheaply made, so you'll hear a lot of road noise from traffic just driving by, or from people on the street talking (and we were on the 3rd floor) but the interior of the condo was clean and well appointed. We rented from AirBnB and it was a good deal for a couple nights. DECLINE THE FREE BREAKFAST. The experience put a very sour taste in our mouths for the entire organization. read more

This is a great property to visit. The property is big and has many pools, Jacuzzis, a sports court, arcade, and recreation room. The golf course is right across the street and is very nice and challenging. There is plenty to do just on property ! But if relaxing at the pool or just lounging around your unit isn't enough, there is so much to do in the immediate area. This is a wine drinkers paradise. If you drive 15/20 minutes in either direction of Windsor you will find a new adventure. Their are two casino's nearby, the River Rock Casino and the new Gratin Casino. There are many wine tasting locations close and Napa is nearby as well. I have been an owner for 19 years and I love our properties. This is like a home away from home. It provides everything you need for your vacation. This is not a hotel, so you do need to provide some bathroom hygiene products. We have a vacation pack already on standby for our trips. Especially for the kitchen. We have spices that we use and a check list of condiments that we may need on our trip. They do provide basic spices ( salt, pepper, granulated garlic, chopped onion, parsley, cinnamon, red pepper, and Italian seasoning). Being prepared will help you relax more on your vacation and not worry about having to go shopping for stuff. Other than that all you need to bring is your clothes and maybe your favorite pillow and blanket. The only negative is parking. It can be sparse. Have fun ! read more

Worldmark Windsor is by far my favorite Worldmark Resort. That fact that it's in the ideal spot for visiting all the wineries in the Sonoma area is probably at the top of the list of reasons why I feel that way, but the reasons go further than that. We are Worldmark members and we have visited several of the resorts in our network. They are always clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful employees. But there always seems to be something different at Windsor. Part of the difference I feel may be because the folks at the front desk hook us up with free wine tastings at a lot of great spots in the area. There is generally someone at the front desk with a solid knowledge of the wineries and they always make excellent recommendations. The pools, Jacuzzis and grounds are well taken care of and clean. There are always plenty of chairs around the pool and pool towels are provided for guests. The units are typical of most newer Worldmark Resorts, which means there is plenty of space, they're well stocked and comfortable. The resort is set in an area that is somewhat out in the country so there isn't a lot of noise from the surrounding area. There is also a nice golf course next door and I believe Worldmark owners get a special rate. If you're a Worldmark owner and you haven't visited the Windsor resort you are definitely missing out. read more

I am a long time owner of a WorldMark membership - know the 'ins and outs' of how to use the program...' very active and CANNOT join the rave regarding the facilities at WorldMark Windsor. A note to the Welcome Staff: No! means "No!" on the free VIP breakfast [aka hard sale to buy further into the WorldMark program] I have fielded four calls in two days begging me to come to the donuts and coffee education session! And I'm talking, "You'll be with us another day, can we set up a 'special' time for you, why not? Don't you like the WorldMark program? Can you take our survey on what you don't like about the WorldMark program?" The fourth call on the third day I'll admit it - I hung up on the poor college-kid who started in as though it was the first time I had heard the, "We're inviting you to a special VIP reception" - Yuk! We usually say at Wyndham resorts, but because they also own Worldmark, we sometimes end up at a Worldmark resort. This was one of those times. It's never quite as nice - not as many amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. Check-in took a long time. No free WiFi. No drinking water/ water filter. Weak cellular reception on Sprint in building 7. LTE services on the street. Not much parking for Building 7, so you may end up parking a little ways away. We went to that morning sales pitch for free breakfast and gift card. It took a long time - at check in they say 60 minutes, when we arrive they say 90 minutes, in reality it will last longer. But we've been to the area several times so we were there just to relax anyway, with no real plans until lunch. If you want to avoid the hard sales pitch, just let them know you were recently laid off so no matter how great the deal, you really can't afford another payment when you have no income. read more

Avoid the offer for the FREE BREAKFAST. It is nothing more than a high pressure timeshare sales pitch, where they will not take no for an answer. Decline from check-in and tell them NO! The accommodations are acceptable. Not quite to the standards of Marriott timeshares, but acceptable. The kitchen & bathroom counters are laminate, not beautiful granite, kind of cheesy. EVERY SINGLE light bulb is a fluorescent that takes a few minutes to achieve full brightness. Very frustrating to turn on bathroom light and have to wait 3-5 minutes for it to get to full brightness. Same issue with nightstand lamps! This is REALLY STUPID, when LED bulbs last longer, provide more lumens per watt, and are INSTANT ON! So instead we left the lights on the entire week, defeating the whole intent of the CFL's ! NO FREE WiFi ! How ridiculous is this? Even cut-rate motels offer FREE WiFi ! Enough of gouging guests for every dollar! Guests should get free basic WiFi & owners should get free high-speed WiFi. DVD player in both living room & master bedroom! No privacy lock set on the bathroom or master bedroom door. How practical is this for families with children ? Though our unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, there was a couch hide-a-bed & a pull down Murphy wall bed. It could sleep 8! However our dining table only sat 6 (4 chairs at table, 2 spare chairs in closet & master bedroom). Gas BBQ on the balcony was great for burgers, dogs & veggies. Some of the roofs need drip shields, as the lack of proper deflection above the gutters dumps water onto the sidewalks. You have to walk through a rain curtain when using the sidewalks, or walk through the planters to avoid the downpour. Great muddy shoes & carpets! ONE BLACK building number is under the eaves THREE FLOORS above grade. They are very difficult to locate in the daytime and impossible at night. They need reflective building numbers in MULTIPLE locations on the corner of each building. This will make it easy for guests and emergency personnel. Maybe even identifying the range of room numbers accessible at each access/stairwell.... One free DVD rental per reservation, is a nice way to spend one evening. Someone just needs to pay attention to some details, offer FREE WiFi, and stop the high pressure sales tactics and this would be 4-stars. read more

I found this location through Ebates. It was an offer for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo for a very reasonable price. We checked in with no problems but we did have a separate place to get your parking pass. That led to an offer for a buffet breakfast appointment. I believe this was an attempt for a timeshare but I knew that going in and decided to just shut them down before they got to deep into a presentation. We are locals and just wanted a place closer to the event we were attending and had no interest. The Condo we rented was a 2 bedroom with a trundle bed in the Livingroom if needed. The condo was spacious and had everything you would need to stay a few days. We did notice the wall are paper thin and you can hear several of the surrounding spaces. Each condo had a gas grill on the patio and a nice table. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size. We enjoyed the hot tub and pools onsite. The grounds were well kept and there were many housekeeping and maintenance staff around. Unfortunately we tried to book one more night and that was not easy or successful. The resort itself does not take reservations you have to call and go through the process. I tried several times to get through and could not. Finally a desk clerk called me in the room and was able to connect me with the 3rd party who refused our request at first and then quoted us 3 times the amount we paid for an extra night. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. Overall the 3rd party booking was not a good one and the customer service sucked. The resort clerk was much more friendly and accommodating. They tried to get me another night also but the price was still higher then I ever intended to pay. So instead of me staying another night and paying they went with no money! I just don't understand places like that. They would rather have an open room then extend our stay at the current price. I may stay here again. Really convenient t Healdsburg, Calistoga and Jenner. read more

This is the only WorldMark resort we've stayed at more than once. I like this resort because I love Sonoma. For all the times we've ever been to NorCal we've never been to a single winery. I like wine but I don't love it but as far as NorCal goes Sonoma and the Bay Area in general is one really wonderful place. That being said this location is close to many nice places to visit whether it's an drive down just over an hour to San Francisco to the areas north like Marin Headlands, Muir Woods, Sonoma State Beach, Point Reyes, Healdsburg etc. This is a good place to start. The unit we've always gotten were the 2 bedroom units with 2 baths. Regardless of how busy the resorts were we always seemed to find parking. You will never not be able to get a spot. You may never get the same spot for a week but that's understandable considering how many units this resort has. The facilities are nice. There may not be internet available in the room but I actually find that nice in a sense that you are truly on vacation and "disconnected". If you really need to get on line there are a few computers in the main office building that have internet access. The staff is very friendly and the units are spacious and comfortable. Having a full kitchen is great because there are several places to get groceries nearby so having a fully stocked fridge for your week visit helps especially in the morning when you just want juice or a coffee and the options are there if you want to cook your own breakfast etc. If you wanted to bbq some burgers or whatever you can do that too since the units have bbqs on the balconies/patios. This resort is well kept, convenient in a sense that you have your own laundry machine/dryer, dish washer, full kitchen and pool facilities etc. If you happen to love golf there's that right there too. Close to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg as well. Tip: dishwashing detergent, recycling bags can be resupplied from office but laundry stuff you will need your own pods/detergent/softener etc. read more

I vacationed here during my winter time off and it was a fantastic stay with a great atmosphere. The staff and location was top notch, however the room is a little outdated. Pros Location: The hotel is situated in a tranquil location where noise was not an issue. It was nearby to different restaurants and grocery stores to either go out or cook in the wonderful kitchen. Service: The service was fantastic and extremely nice. All of the staff was helper in providing anything I asked for and was nice to accommodate my every need. Kitchen: A full kitchen with everything that you need to cook up a wonderful dinner for your family. It felt like a home away from home with all the stuff they had for the kitchen. Cons Room: Although the rooms was great it was a little outdated. The TV's were small like they were in the 90's and there was no WIFI available in the rooms. Overall the WorldMark at Windsor is a fantastic place to vacation with your family. Definitely recommend to any timeshare owners to visit this wonderful place. read more

An absolutely beautiful resort with a super friendly staff! We checked in Friday evening and were welcomed by a wine reception near the lobby. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit that looked like a very comfy and cozy apartment home. The decor was modern and up to date while remaining warm and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked. The master bedroom was very large with a king bed, the 2nd bedroom was medium sized with 2 twins and the last bedroom was smaller but with a full size bed. There were also two bathrooms. The balcony had a bbq grill (that we did indeed utilize) as well as an ash tray attached to the side. Some places dont allow you to smoke on the balcony but they do! If you had more people stay then anticipated, there was also a murphy bed and couch that other people could crash on. The accomodations were awesome and the amenities were even better! 2 pool locations with wading pools and jacuzzis as well as an arcade, pool tables, and ping pong in the common area. I would definitely stay again. read more

Stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath unit that is pretty nice overall. Blackout shades and comfortable beds make sleeping wonderful. However, I would highly recommend bringing a white noise machine for each bedroom. You can hear everything going on around you, and when I didn't have the white noise machine, I was kept awake by people upstairs who weren't doing anything particularly noisy, but they didn't have to be. I did wonder why they had to walk around so much at 2am, but whatever. Low level TV channels are super grainy. Maybe their local channels are over the air? You have to go up in number before you get a clear picture. We have had to call maintenance a lot. Doors falling off hinges, clogged drain, loose handles, and we didn't even report everything because we didn't want to be "complainers." Staff have been very responsive and friendly, and thank goodness they did the fire alarm test when my baby had just woke up from a nap. Carpets/floors are pretty filthy. I was aghast at how disgusting my baby's bare feet were after walking around the room for an hour or two. Socks only after that. Many if not all rooms have a gas grill plumbed with a constant supply of gas on the balcony. I've been to Worldmarks where you have to jockey for position at a common grilling area, and this is so much nicer. I may sound critical, but I would come back. Just need to remember noise machines, socks for the kid, and be ok with calling maintenance. read more

The property is nice with comfortable accommodations with standard amenities in a nice location with a country feel adjacent to a golf course and across the road from a sheep farm. Arrived here and unfortunately only stayed one night. The room assignment was directly facing the road and across from the sheep farm which I didn't mind; however, the noise from the road is a bit unpleasant during the day if you want to open the patio door and allow fresh air to enter. Property overall is 4 stars with two exceptions; the room we were given and the constant sales calls to remind us about attending the breakfast in the morning disguised as a hard sales pitch. read more

Appalled and disappointed in the customer service at this location. My sons "woof" was left behind and after calling we were told that it was simply "not found". This is his very dear comfort object that he received in the hospital when he was born that keeps him from crying at daycare and that he takes everywhere with him. The past three nights have been filled with him repeatedly asking for woof and crying for "woof". I did not receive a single apology, and was simply just told he must not have left it here. Careful what you bring and be sure not to leave anything because it is clear that the staff will take it. Sad and disappointed that they have such untrusting staff. Things don't just disappear, they're taken, and in this instance from a 2 year old boy. read more

Second time staying at this timeshare. The first trip was nearly 8 years ago. I was curious to see what condition the units would be in after all of these years. Surprisingly, only very slight wear on the carpet! The rest of the unit was just as I remembered it! We had no problem finding parking close to our 2 bedroom unit every night. The staff were all so welcoming too. I would not hesitate to return. Freeway close. Very comfortable. Everything in working order. Yes, I will be back! read more

My friend has a timeshare here and a bunch of us gals stayed here in Feb 08. It was a very nice, clean, well decorated place. Amenities were there and they gave us plenty of towels. It was great to stay here and get some info from the front desk about the area & to also, be able to cook in. Front desk staff was busy but helpful. Some of us stayed in the 2 bedroom and we also, had one studio. The studio is very good if you plan on being in & out quite a bit. Very roomy. read more
