The rooms are obviously stocked with the cheapest everything, which is understandable, since guests probably abuse the items and the need to be replaced often. The grounds and stay was acceptable. However, the single star is for the awful sales team and their evil tactics. I was staying with two owners who were being harassed, made to make a deposit to see a sales pitch, and then threatened and lied to. Why I ask would anyone who is not an owner want to become an owner when this is how owners are treated?!? It's insane. Why they think these methods would make people want to get in deeper with them, is beyond me. Please don't trust these fear mongering sales people. I haven't a clue how they sleep at night, but it makes the company and this location look repulsive. If I were Worldmark, I would reconsider my strategy and treatment of share/stake holders. Because who would want to join a "club" of people who are being treated this way, and the only benefit is staying at mediocre locations. You can find better places to stay who actually care about their customers and don't harass them.

Couldn't verify any of the complaints. Staff at the front, greeter at the door as well as the valet guy, were all cordial. The lobby was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and a very chill vibe indeed. Rooms were quaint with nice accomodations (large LED flat screen and brand new fridge hidden inside cabinet. Bed was comfy and firm with new beddings. I'm usually picky with pillows so I brought my own. Closet had complimentary white robes and slippers. Bathroom had sliding door and a Smart mirror. Shower had hard rain water. Our room overlooked the parking lot so we had plain view of our car. La Rosa Tequileria and Grille is next door or not sure if this is affiliated with the hotel. But when we would pass as we walked to the mall (about a few blocks away or a hop and skip away), the restaurant was always packed (indoor and outdoor). We didn't get to try La Rosa as our dinner reservation was with Warike (Peruvian and literally across the street.). Prices at Warike seemed steep in comparison to La Rosa, but everything was worth every dime. Everything we ordered there was flavorful and delicious with excellent ambience and customer service. Our overnight stay was a pleasant one and will definitely be back soon and would recommend this hotel to all. It seemed pretty quite but busy when we stayed here on NYE, but that's a sign that this little town is still flourishing. Parking at the hotel is a hit or miss. But there's always the option to have VIP parking and they will park your car for you, about two blocks away next to the theater.

The lighting in the room was limited; however, the translucent floral window shade was extremely helpful. The bathroom light was significant and perfect for makeup application. Parking was plentiful and free, and a luggage cart was an unexpected bonus.

I ended up sitting in the armchair, which was also seriously uncomfortable. In my tired-out state I left my unused, expensive Mounjaro injector pen in the bathroom because I forgot to take the shot. When I called about it they said they didn't find it. They also said they had mixed reviews on the bed. This mattress was as old as the hotel!! Don't take that room!! On the plus side, the bar/restuarant next door is wonderful. Great food and fantastic drinks.

While we aren't traditional "B&B" types with flowerly and overly feminine designs, we opened our minds up after reading all about the amazing experiences people have had at the Honor Mansion. Upon arrival at the Mansion we were greeted by Lupita, who is the manager of the property. She was extremely professional, extremely welcoming, and made our experience so special. The main Mansion is really lovely and had touches of traditional B&Bs (a parlor, a breakfast room, DVDs to borrow and a fireplace for chatting, rooms upstairs) with a modern, contemporary Victorian style. We stayed in Vineyard Suite #1, which is located in an annex near the main Mansion. The suite was exceptional. From the bedding (I think it was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and I travel for a living) to the bath tubs (TWO, count them TWO tubs - one a soaking tub inside and the other outside is a jacuzzi). A fireplace, big TV (we didn't even use!), wet bar (brandy anyone?), a beautiful huge shower that is big enough for a small family to live in, and a lovely, private back patio (again, jacuzzi tub). They anticipate every amenity and need you may have - and they do a great job at it. Wine was waiting for us in our room, but we instead enjoyed a glass of Dutcher Crossing offered at our welcome with Lupita. They also have appetizers in the evening in the Mansion. We walked downtown to Healdsburg for dinner at Valette, and took a cab back. Tea was delivered to our door in the morning with delicious homemade biscotti. After a relaxing wake up, we wandered to the Mansion for an exceptional breakfast. They have different specials each day - this day it was a Southwestern style omelette with cheddar biscuits (with a hint of jalapeno!). We also nibbled on fresh fruit and pastries. They can bring breakfast to your suite, but we loved the cozy breakfast nook and chatting with the friendly staff. Oh, and I forgot - MIMOSAS! They have the longest list I have ever seen of mimosas! We tried the mimosa of the month - pomegranate. It was high quality sparkling and the flavor was so great. You get two complimentary per guest, so enjoy. We walked the grounds and wished we had more time for bocce and warmer weather for the pool - pool side massage? Yes, please! We loved it so much we bought a gift certificate for my parents. Let's just say - if they don't use it, we will! An exceptional, romantic experience for fans of tradition and fans of the modern.

Each room is a little different, we had the garden suite. It had it's own private driveway, many different outdoor seating areas and an outdoor jacuzzi. The room itself was very cozy. Breakfast is served every morning and there was wine and cheese each evening. Every staff member was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. DVDs for your room, passes to the local gym or wineries, they had it all. The grounds are gorgeous and we took time to walk around in the grass and play bocce and try our luck on the putting green. So much fun. We had a wonderful stay here and it will be part of the plans when we return to the area, highly recommended.

Soo loved my stay here, my room was upstairs, loved the wood floor, the bed was so inviting and fluffed with such pretty comforter and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, nice clean towels and a thoughtful black small towel for makeup so guests don't ruin the white towels. The entire place was unbelievably clean and the complementary breakfast was superb. We had a delicious strawberry and banana crepe with whip cream and Nutella, hard boiled eggs and the slow drip coffee was such a cute touch. I didn't know what to do and the nice lady behind the counter was kind enough to show me. There is plenty of seating inside as there are outside. Just the cutest place in the back with bicycles lined up on the side, red and blue tables and chairs with umbrellas. Would love to come back and stay here for a few days. I'd give more stars but five is the max. Love this place!!
