I stay here whenever in town to visit family. It's a great Marriott for the price. Super clean, relatively new-ish, friendly staff. Safe, well-lit parking as I've never had problems the several times I've stayed. Guest laundry on the second floor. I bring my own detergent, but they also sell it at the front desk. Tip: There's a nice outdoor brewery (Parliament Brewing) within walking distance. A food cart is parked out front of the brewery and the food is pretty good.

My wife and I stayed here during our recent visit to Napa / Sonoma. It was a very easy in and out right off the main highway and free parking is always great. It was a definite plus being accross the street from a Costco and Costco Gas. This was the first time we were at this location and I'm so glad my wife picked this spot for us to stay. She is clearly a master of findng the right places to stay while we travel. The team here is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing but smiles. The room was shiny-clean and had everything we needed, especially a good work area for our computers. King size bed with comfortable pillows and plenty of towels. Breakfast was included and they had so many options which included bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and a make your own waffle station. This was the best breakfast spot of any Fairfield Inn. Their process for putting these hotels together are great. The 24 hour coffee/tea station is always a welcome addition. I look forward to coming back to this fantastic location. KUDOs to the team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Rohnert Park by Marriott.

Stayed for 1 night: 05/31/2024 Checking in was easy. The two receptionists that Friday afternoon were friendly and prompt. You can tell that it's fairly new since it didn't look rundown, and the gym was clean with new equipment. My two queen bedrooms were clean, and the AC was strong. The complimentary coffee and tea were decent. I was most impressed by their free breakfast selection. I haven't had that much variety when it came to "free" hotel breakfasts, and the food was hot. My girlfriends and I ended up having a good breakfast overall. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, so I definitely lucked out with this. Decent pricing will save you money on breakfast, especially if you have kids!

It's good to be "Elite."

We loved our stay here. The place is located in a great spot. It is near a shopping center with various eateries and grocery store. We chose this hotel because we it was near the casino we wanted to go to. And literally was around the corner or down the street approximately less than a mile. The hotel is fairly new and the parking is free which is lovely. We checked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk clerk. I didn't get his name but he was very courteous and helpful with directions. With our stay we got free continental breakfast however we did not take advantage of it. The rooms were nice and just the whole ambiance of it was bright and inviting. We will come back to stay again. Price: it was not too bad. I think if you book pretty early you get standard hotel pricing.

Traveled with family and brought the puppies. The inn is located very close to shopping areas and food establishments. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The lobby is super cozy. We were on the 3rd floor which was clean, room was very clean and equipped with the usual. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great.. Waffle station, hot and cold breakfast food, breads...everything. would definitely stay here again.

A nice view from our room

Everything in my last review except the staff recognized I was a bonvoy member! Love this hotel! I don't know if my other review will be able to be viewed....I don't have very much time, to put it quickly , this hotel is super clean, great water pressure and hot water! Super comfy beds, smart tvs, the parking is easy and free! The staff are wonderful! The breakfast is delicious! Even the view from our room today is beautiful. I am very pleased with the pricing. It has elevators that are easily accessible and disabled friendly, with close entrances and exits to the pool and parking lot. It's in a great location. Microwave and a fridge, I mean, this is just pretty much perfect for a Fairfield it could have 6 stars? How do you get 6 stars?

Checkin was a breeze. And Linda who helped us was exceptionally welcoming and helpful with a list of nearby dinner restaurants and info about the hotel amenities. Wished all hotel staff was like her The room is perfect (a Marriott member so got upgraded) clean and quiet. The hotel in general is nice and clean and the breakfast offerings are what you need to start off the day-coffee juices muffins bagels omelette sausages oatmeal.... Definitely will be back when I'm traveling thru.

I had no clue it was tucked away between Graton casino and Costco in Industrial type area. Check in could have been smoother but I was exhausted landing from long travels. I did get breakfast vouchers from hotel and Graton. The breakfast options were amazing healthy and delish. The premises were very quiet! So easy to recoup some sleep hours. The bed!!! Amazing. I usually stay at Oxford suites because of the lovely jacuzzi style baths in room but the difference of their bed to this is worth losing out on the tub being in room. Oxford definitely needs new beds. They tend to have body divets in mattress so I have to move a lot or end up in pain from disc issues. So bath counters that. The shower here needs to be worked on. Not very much pressure at all. Was hard to soak thru my hair. My trip ended being longer then expected and I fully planned on moving to Oxford after the weekend but I enjoyed the premises, breakfast and bed so much I decided to stay at Hilton. The one negative is their shuttle is very limited in hours. But the casino is an easy 11 min walk so was doable minus rain days. The lounge area with fire place and seating is beautiful and very comfortable to hand and have Glass of wine. The bar setup is just as welcoming with a nice bar selection to choose from, two different bar tenders depending on the night. The brunette was very mellow and calm while the other one definitely frazzled and let us know she was missing everything from bar to make a drink. And she was on vacation so not restocking seemed to be done. Several of us joked to gives us the tools and we'll start chopping and prepping limes so can have margaritas made. Happy hour was enticing although maybe one or two semi healthy options would be great too since I can't eat fried food anymore. The gym, pool and hot tub were great. Nice heated pool. Only one night couldn't use hot tub bc a party of kids were there about 10 deep so made it uncomfortable to enjoy.

I had a positive interaction with one of the staff. I am getting ready to leave to work in Novato, but I'll definitely be coming back just off of the interaction I had with him. I highly suggest this place kindness gets you far.

Location was great, close to restaurants, stores, and the freeway. Negatives: The walls were too thin. A rude neighbor blasted their TV late into the night. I thought one of our phones was left on playing a video. Not sure if it was the same neighbor, but a woman was talking at full volume around 2-3am outside of our door and woke us up. I was too tired to get up and tell her to lower her voice, and my husband didn't want to get into a fight. He said he sounded too sassy lol. I could understand though. You choose your battles. I know it's not the the hotel's fault for rude visitors, but they need to add sound proofing to their walls/windows. Also, there was chipped paint and scratched furniture. Minor details, but could use updating.

We had a great time at the pool, ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken ceaser wrap which was good, service was not quick so be prepared to wait especially if you have a guest request like asking for mustard or a box for your food. I then went into the women's locker room where I enjoyed some of the spas amenity's. Front desk was so sweet, they charged my phone for me so I could have battery for my flight. I used all of the amenities as I paid $130 for the day which I felt was kind of high. I will say I felt like I was being watched the entire time, kind of hard to relax when you feel like your every move is being calculated. I pulled my phone out of the locker just to check into my flight, and the spa service lady walked up to me within 2 seconds asking me politely to not use my phone. I explained that I just needed to check into my flight, it would take a minute or 2 and I wasn't using my phone to communicate with anyone or use socials, etc. she was really nice and just doing her job but I gotta say, I've been to a lot of really nice spas and locker rooms and way nicer than this one, and I've never felt like I was being watched so closely. I didn't really feel like I had any privacy at all to be honest, so I ended up cutting my amenity time short as it was beginning to feel like I was having more anxiety than relaxing. Then my boyfriend came out of the men's locker room and told me he had a completely different experience he explained that he relaxed and watched tv and when he pulled out his phone to text me or ask what time we were going to meet after using the amenities separately, that no one scolded him or anything like what I experienced!

There were no other locations available so we were stuck dealing with our concerns quietly. I always check my room for the standard bugs, hairs, fluids, etc. More importantly I check for cameras and devices. Upon our initial inspection, we found that the mirror pointed directly at the bed was possibly a two-way mirror with a room on the other side. We quickly macgyvered a cover for the mirror to thwart any attempt to view us and finished scanning the room. It was so dirty! The beds were decent enough to sleep in, but the floor had questionable stains and dirt in many corners and on tops of doors and on the walls. I love walking around barefoot, but I had to wash my feet and put socks on because I didn't know what I was walking on. The room was so small we had a hard time moving around each other naturally. The double beds were just not enough for the three of us and the AC smelt so musky when it happened to kick on. The shower head was so low that it seemed to be meant for someone 5ft or smaller, the nozzle was so touchy it took forever to find the sweet spot for the right temperature, and the water pressure was a bit rough. Made for a wonderful back massage after a rough night though. It felt a bit sketchy outside too, with lots of patrons standing or sitting around their front doors. One of the worst parts was walking to our room. The balcony walkway had long cracks (repaired carelessly) and you could literally feel it slanting away from the building. I am not sure how it passes safety inspections!
