My friend has a timeshare here and a bunch of us gals stayed here in Feb 08. It was a very nice, clean, well decorated place. Amenities were there and they gave us plenty of towels. It was great to stay here and get some info from the front desk about the area & to also, be able to cook in. Front desk staff was busy but helpful. Some of us stayed in the 2 bedroom and we also, had one studio. The studio is very good if you plan on being in & out quite a bit. Very roomy. read more

This is third time we've stayed at the WorldMark in Windsor. We chose it not because it's convenient to Sonoma and Napa, which it is, but because it's the only one in the entire North Bay area. Because of this and other unfair owner rules, it's difficult to actually book a weekend stay. But after this time, I doubt we'll ever come back. This was third time we've been stuck on the noisy road-facing side of the complex. Nights were cool and it would have been nice to open the windows, but construction starts bright and early, immediately followed by the loudest service carts in the world being pushed around outside our window and the constant nearby airport noise. If not that, it was the "jet engine" air conditioning unit. As usual, the beds were so hard (not just firm) it was like sleeping on the floor. Rooms in nearly every WorldMark are so dark and the lighting so seriously inadequate, I felt like I was in a cave and my mood sank. By comparison, our room at the Sheraton was bright and well-lit, putting me in a better mood. Maybe it wasn't just the lighting that contributed to my bad mood. More likely, it was the HARD sell nearly every day we were there. I didn't want to go to your breakfast sales pitch when we checked in, nor did I the next morning, nor the morning after that, so why keep calling? Eventually we just unplugged the phone. Anyone who needed to get ahold of me has my cell phone number anyway. Who designs these complexes anyway? Obviously not someone who has to use them. At every WorldMark we've ever stayed, except for downtown Vancouver, we had to move furniture around just to watch the television. Not that we spend that much time watching television while on vacation, but seriously, how hard can it be to arrange the furniture properly. And always there seems to be a lack of electrical outlets to plug in chargers. WiFi was free because we bought into the Elite level of ownership. Oh boy, at least we're getting something for all that extra money we spent. For as much as we spend every year on exorbitant owner dues on top of the tens of thousands spent initially, we could be staying at a penthouse with a butler in a major city for two weeks each year for the rest of our lives. (Okay, maybe an exaggeration, but at least a decent hotel room.) Instead, we get a noisy cave where we don't get fresh linens all week and we have to take out our own garbage. I went here wmy church (100+ people). There was a delay & some attitude from the receptionist but this place is great. I stayed in a room that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath & a private bath in the master bedroom, living room, & kitchen. The place is very equipped w/things you need for cooking & eating. There's even a dryer, washing machine & ironing board. You do need to bring shampoo, soap & toothbrush/toothpaste. Toilet papers are provided. It's a TIMESHARE resort but it's open to the public. There's a patio w/a bbq grill. 2 pools, you can access it when you get the room key card. There's even an extra bed that can be pulled out from the wall just in case you need more sleeping room. This resort also has other locations, such as Hawaii. Check in time is 4pm so if you get there early, you can spend time in the lobby or beg someone to let u into the pool area. Check it out, you won't regret it. I read alot of reviews & everybody liked it. If you like wine, there r so many wineries in the area for wine tasting. read more

This is my favorite Worldmark. The staff is always very friendly and deserves their top ratings. If you like wine tasting, ask for the list of wineries that provide free tasting offers and discounts on purchases. There are about 30 on the list. I found this location through Ebates. It was an offer for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo for a very reasonable price. We checked in with no problems but we did have a separate place to get your parking pass. That led to an offer for a buffet breakfast appointment. I believe this was an attempt for a timeshare but I knew that going in and decided to just shut them down before they got to deep into a presentation. We are locals and just wanted a place closer to the event we were attending and had no interest. The Condo we rented was a 2 bedroom with a trundle bed in the Livingroom if needed. The condo was spacious and had everything you would need to stay a few days. We did notice the wall are paper thin and you can hear several of the surrounding spaces. Each condo had a gas grill on the patio and a nice table. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size. We enjoyed the hot tub and pools onsite. The grounds were well kept and there were many housekeeping and maintenance staff around. Unfortunately we tried to book one more night and that was not easy or successful. The resort itself does not take reservations you have to call and go through the process. I tried several times to get through and could not. Finally a desk clerk called me in the room and was able to connect me with the 3rd party who refused our request at first and then quoted us 3 times the amount we paid for an extra night. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. Overall the 3rd party booking was not a good one and the customer service sucked. The resort clerk was much more friendly and accommodating. They tried to get me another night also but the price was still higher then I ever intended to pay. So instead of me staying another night and paying they went with no money! I just don't understand places like that. They would rather have an open room then extend our stay at the current price. I may stay here again. Second time staying at this timeshare. The first trip was nearly 8 years ago. I was curious to see what condition the units would be in after all of these years. Surprisingly, only very slight wear on the carpet! The rest of the unit was just as I remembered it! We had no problem finding parking close to our 2 bedroom unit every night. The staff were all so welcoming too. I would not hesitate to return. Freeway close. Very comfortable. Everything in working order. Yes, I will be back! read more

This place is great. It's in a super convenient location when it comes to Sonoma County wine touring. It's close to the freeway, and only 10 minutes from Santa Rosa & Healdsburg, and 25 minutes from Petaluma. The grounds are beautiful, and the clubhouse at the golf course next door is within walking distance and has a nice restaurant with a patio overlooking the golf course (perfect for a cocktail and appetizer). The rooms come with all of the amenities of home and are nice and spacious. They even come with a bbq and dining table on the deck. read more

We own a time share and this is one of our favorites spots to como once or twice a year , they have good coupons for wineries and some restaurants, try to come in june or October those are the best part/ weather in here. I was born and raised in this town. I remembered as a young lad jogging around this property when it was just a field and in time it was built into a golf course. When I found out that a resort was built there I thought it was a joke. I made a visit to the property and to my surprise it was really nice. I enjoyed my time there but the only draw back is the local teenagers sneaking in, using the facilities and making it crowded. Every time I go it's the same problem. Great place for my family to stay for our nearby wedding in Sebastopol! Amazing place with great pool/spa. They do not do housekeeping unless you're there over a week but that's fine with us. Loved it, 3rd floor building 6 I believe. Will book this again. Only complaint is that there's not much parking! read more

We had a late check-in around 10pm after being on the road most of the day. We simply wanted to just go to sleep. But they insisted on giving us a free breakfast to listen to their timeshare upgrades. We halfheartedly agreed to it. We only stayed one day, but it was comfortable and clean. The presentation the following morning wasn't too bad. We had our children with us,so our representative was understanding of making it quick. She wasn't too pushy and understood that we weren't in a place to do any upgrades just yet. We checked out their game room afterwards, so the kids could play a little bit. Wow! Our three bedroom condo was great! There were two couples for the evening so we each had our own rooms with private baths. My brother and sister in law had a king room with a tub/shower combo in their bath. The hubby and I had a queen room with a double head shower. The shower almost looked ADA compliant with just a little edge into the shower. The third unused bedroom had two twin beds. It also had an adjacent bath (also accessible from the living area) with a tub/shower combo. A comfy living room, dining area and full kitchen. The fireplace was nice for ambiance. There was also a grill on the patio if you want to fix your own meal. Washer and dryer in the unit, too. Comfy bed and comfy pillows. Nice front desk staff, they didn't pressure us when we checked in and let them know we were just there for a night's stay. Oh! Have a big family? There was also a full or queen size Murphy bed in the common living area. Rather expensive though, for a one nights stay....over $640. read more

We stayed at this resort as a guest, unfortunately we a miserable experience that dragged on months after our stay had ended. We left a really expensive coat in the coat closet, and even though we realized it the day after we checked out. The management staff responded with an attitude of indifference and apathy, then further evolved into dishonesty about the entire situation. Unbelievably, the experience ended with us needing to file an insurance claim with their adjuster, all of which resulted with us still on the hook for our own property. We never once received an apology from the resort or an explanation how our property could have just disappeared from their closet. We learned our lesson, anything you leave in their condos is their property after you check out. read more

This location is fantastic for visiting wineries. It is mere minutes from the Russian River Valley wineries. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for 4 nights. The condo was clean and well equipped with lots of towels, including 6 large pool towels, and all the usual appliances in the kitchen. We were on the second floor, and could hear lots of noise around me at night and early in the morning, including footsteps from people stomping around in the condo above me. So far, I've encountered this at almost every Worldmark in which we've stayed. Oh well, I was so excited to get up early to hit the wineries I wasn't that bothered! We attended an owner update and they gave us $100, which we later spent on some nice Pinot Noirs. The pool was heated and when we returned from wine tasting every afternoon, there were people in it, even on Halloween. We used the Jacuzzi every night and every morning and they were nice and hot. It also looked like all the balconies had bbq's, and we grilled on ours a couple of times. No complaints at all about the resort or staff - all was excellent! The front desk staff was very helpful with winery recommendations and gave us lots of free or 2 for 1 tasting coupons. They gave us a great map and suggested restaurants as well. Friday evening, there was a little boutique set up in the game room with tables of goodies from Windsor restaurants, wineries and shops. Also, if you buy a lot of wine, you can leave it at the front desk when you check out and they have a company, Wine Country Shipping, who will pick it up and ship it home to you. We got our wine 4 days after we returned home and nothing had been damaged. read more

It's a nice resort except for the thin walls and loud neighbors. We're timeshare owners and do like to stay here for a quick get away. However, they just did an extensive remodel and didn't bother to put in any extra sound cushioning between floors. It sounds like a herd of elephants above us, or maybe they're playing Dance Party, who knows. You would think being in close confines as this resort keeps you in, people would have some thought for the people next to them (or below them), but not the case this week. Our ceiling lights are literally SHAKING with all of the running going on up there. I called the front desk and they say they are unable to do anything until quiet time at 10:00pm, I feel that is just an excuse for not wanting to deal with it. This is a resort where we are owners too and since they were too cheap to put in better floors, they need to deal with the noise makers. They want us to go to a sales presentation and I absolutely will not go and would never buy any extra points from this company because of their lack of quality both in construction and dealing with issues. I've been a Worldmark owner for years and I've been to may worldmark resorts. Most resorts are nice and offer similar service. Worldmark in Windsor, CA is another great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I call the front office and told them my dvd wasn't working, they arrived at my door within minutes to replace it. They have a 2 large pools and hot tubs and conveniently located next to a terrific golf course. Great location! read more

We stayed here recently and just got back. This was our 4th time staying there and have loved every stay. Its a nice beautiful resort with so many things to do just at the resort not including outside the resort. Every time we stay there, we always eat at Kc's Kitchen and shop at the candy shoppe next to Kin House restaurant. Lovely friendly staff and great customer service. The sales people can be pushy but if your not into that then just say no to attending the meeting. The only con to our most recent trip here was that a woman with 4-5 kids was down at the pool area and was letting her youngest child (2 years old-ish) parade around the pool area completely naked with no diaper, no swim diaper, no underwear nothing on. He was walking around waving hi and saying hi to guests while flashing his naked body. I said something to the front desk. They informed me this was reported the day before as well and they think its the same person. Then the next day its happening again. I tell the front desk. I watch the manager go tell her something and then walk away only to find an hour later he is still naked. Not only is this inappropriate but its unsanitary and a health hazard. I felt like the resort didn't do much to stop her if she was told something 3 days in a row and not ever once kicked out. Other than that our stay was amazing like every other stay. read more

I have to say that we have loved many of the other places and have never been stalked quite like this place does. Congrats, you are sincerely creepy and horrible (a lady told me her husband abused her and she got money off commission and that's why we should upgrade). Overall very nice place to stay. There are numerous hot tubs on the property in relation to your unit. Stayed in a 3 bedroom and it was large. Televisions in every room, nice kithen large bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. Love staying here in Windsor. The staff was nice and friendly. Maybe a little misinformed about the timeshare presentations. My only gripe about my stay was that I went to the timeshare presentation. My wife and I were told that it included a breakfast and $100 amex gift card. It was enticing but not that main reason we went to listen. We were actually curious about the variety of complexes and the amount it would cost to become an owner of Worldmark. Everything at the start of the presentation was good. Elias did a good job with his slide show. It ALL WENT DOWNHILL from there. The lady, I forget her name, was very pushy and rude from the start. She tried to get us to fill out a credit form even before she went over anything. When i question her motives she got defensive and her attitude went from bad to worse. Be known that no one else in the room was initially filling out the credit form. She then goes on to belittle and insult us because she didn't like our responses about our personal life. She got really personal and wanted to know every little thing about our lives. When we told her we travel with friends, she responded "you guys are adults you should travel on your own". WTH is that about. From that point on we became very disinterested and just wanted to get out of there. But she goes and gets a manager who was just as rude. This 2nd lady slammed papers on the table and threw a pen at my wife. Crazy!! If they want to make a sale why would any We were told it'd be an hour to hour and a half TOTAL. We set an appointment that day with a winery for my wifes birthday. We thought we would have more than enough time to make it. Nope they tried to hold us up and make us late for our appointment. They succeeded because unlike the lady we didn't want to be rude and just walk out. Plus for all that time I think we deserved the gift card incentive. We actually deserved more but I digress. Overall the place was nice and if it wasn't for the two ladies we had to deal with, our stay would have been beyond pleasant. 4.5 stars for the property only because the wifi wasn't accessible to certain complexes. The employees blame it on the airport supposedly by the property. Negative 10 stars for the experience with the timeshare sales women. read more

I generally had a very good experience here. The rooms are quiet and the front desk people were extraordinarily polite and friendly. The gym was lacking in equipment but I suppose liability keeps a tight rein on that. My wife and I just love the Windsor area even though my kids did not like it. More of a winery place to go. Also, head west and go hiking in the beautiful forested area. Here is where I have my problem with it. The sales people. We got suckered into going to their "90 minute" owner presentation. The guy presenting to all of us, and there were about 30, acted like we were in a motivational screaming seminar put on by a frat boy. Cmon, dude, it is 9 am, don't jump up and down and cheerleader how much wine we can consume. Anyways, I set my timer for 90 minutes and 10-15 minutes before end time I mention that no we are not buying anymore points and let's wrap this up cuz we have some daytime activities to do since we are here for only 3 nights. Well Scott starts in on guilting us and asking us questions as to why not and that it is his livelihood to sell more points. Talk to the closer. No, sorry not sorry. No more points, give me my Amex card and let me be on my way. Next closer. They sent a hot guy for my wife and a hot girl for me to try to sell it. Aaaagh! Give me my card!!!!! Anyways forty five minutes late and feeling like we were violated so we left. After cooling off a little We went to the front desk to complain. They were so nice and apologetic. Strange, the front desk has nothing to do with the sales people. Long story short, great location, close to wineries and actives, bring a bike. Stay as far away from the sales team as possible. Never again! Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Windsor is huge, which translates to increased bozo run-ins if fully booked. Is the property aesthetically appealing? Yes! Was the condo clean and fully stocked? Yes! Are the walls paper thin? Yes! We just so happened to have a brood of hyperactive children above us wreaking havoc. Literally running across the room and jumping off furniture for hours. The front desk was called. "We'll handle it, blah, blah, blah". Around 11pm (second night in a row) the next door neighbors lost control of their senses and decided that screaming over a video game was a good idea. At first, I thought I was dealing with a domestic violence situation ("Shut the F up [scream]!!!"). These were two so-called adults (parentals) and a teenager. When security arrived the woman said, "I'm sorry, we were excited about making it to the third level." The general population, folks! Then you have the security guard, who at some point during the conversation says to my aunt, "Just relax!" Whoa, profound bro! Thanks for the tip. Apparently, the family above us thought the noise complaint didn't apply to subsequent days. The madness continued but this time, we walked to the front desk. Apparently someone else had called but the woman at the front desk almost accusingly implied the call came from us. Then the manager said something along the lines of, making exceptions for kids. Why? Why is it that parents can impose their children's behavior on others? We are complaining because the reasonable level of noise expected with children has been EXCEEDED! They're not my kids and we pay for this! What are the chances of this happening? Probably pretty damn slim but it did and management's response was less than satisfactory. Better planning and arranging of tenants would benefit everyone. Not to mention, a less snooty response. read more

I have been an owner with this company for at least 8 years. I booked rooms fro my daughters weeding this August. I had my wife go back to see if we could up grade and come to find out they canceled our reservation Stating that we were over due on paying our maintenance dues,which were not even a month late! No email no call nothing, if we would of not check when we did my family would not of had any where to stay for 13 days ( 12 people). Its funny when they want to sell us something they do not have a problem calling then. After calling and being on hold for over an hour I was told by owner services its in your apx... 100 pages of the contract. As an owner would think some one would be treated with more respect. We are Worldmark owners and as a matter of fact, the Windsor location is the one that convinced us to buy in back in 2006. We love the proximity to Sonoma Wine County and Bodega Bay. We love the large units where we can bring friends and family, with full kitchens and BBQ grills on the patios. We love the pools and spas and game rooms. Up until November 2012 we never had a problem with being pestered into attending sales presentations. We spent a week in November at another resort being constantly badgered to attend in spite of having very little time in our schedule and sick children that did not make it wise to do so. On this trip we were child-free and they were offering some nice bonuses, so we decided we would suck it up and go, in the hopes that they will leave us alone in the future. Big Mistake. Attending that "45 minute" presentation that turned into an hour and a half presentation full of guilt pressuring us to buy more points that we are just not in a position to do at this time really put a damper on our last day in Sonoma. Being told that Wyndham is doing us a favor by allowing us to still use our ownership even though they bought out Trendwest? Excuse me? We paid for our ownership, that doesn't mean they can just leave us high and dry! I understand that they want to raise the point values for stays, which means we are getting less for our money, but don't try to act like they are being generous for allowing us peons to remain owners. We are recovering from a multiple year layoff, along with two young children that we now have to provide for and I don't know how many more times we have to say that we cannot buy additional points at this time. Then they required us to sign that we were refusing and told us that "Wyndham is keeping track of those who refused to upgrade." Oh, is that a threat of some sort? I can tell you that treating us in this manner will certainly not encourage us to purchase once we are in a better place financially. You REALLY need to rethink your sales schpiel! So, the facility is 4 stars, but the high pressure sales to current owners is 2 stars. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because we got a couple of nice bonuses out of it to use at wineries and restaurants nearby. read more

So, as others have mentioned, they have a very friendly staff and this is a great location. We really wanted to love the place. So we started a pros and cons list. Pros: friendly staff, location, roomy (1-bedroom), clean, private balcony with gas grill. Sadly, the cons: awful bed (hard as a rock - someone else said "felt like sleeping on the floor", this is true.), horrible pillows, the couch - horrible, last but definitely not least, the paper thin walls and floors. As to the annoyance of the sales team, we've learned, it's real easy to tell them on the first day "we have elsewhere to be today, and we'll stop by another day". We stayed here for our honeymoon, and just the same as all worldmark resorts they are trying to sell you more time share. We at this location they were very pushy and rude about it. We said no multiple times and they kept pushing it, until we finally had to say we were done. I have never had this problem before, but it was a real turnoff to worldmark as a whole. read more

Here are the good, the bad, and the ugly - The Good - Room is nicely laid out. I was in a 2 bedroom with just one other person. It could comfortably handle 4 people. It has two large bedrooms, two large full baths, small washer and dryer, full kitchen, small living room and small dining area, pull down murphy bed in living room (we didn't use it), and a patio. We were on the 3rd floor, so pretty quiet. We were right next to the elevator so sometimes it would be a bit noisy. We were in building 4 a bit far from the pool but could still hear yelling, so I was glad I was not by the pool. There was a nice gas bbq on the deck we used. There was a hot tub near my building that was usually empty. It was nice as the pool area was always packed. There was a TV in the living room and in one bedroom. It had about 90 channels, so better than most places I have stayed. There was a DVD player on both TVs. The bad - No paid channels (like HBO), Beds are hard as rocks (and I like hard beds but these were like sleeping on boards), no TV in 2nd bedroom. Wireless internet costs $16 for the week for up to 2 devices. The cost is not bad, but the speed varies so sometimes it is really slow and hard to do work but other times it is fast enough to stream video. The ugly - The checkin was the worse I have ever experienced. We stood in line for 20 minutes. We were told they were working on getting our room ready, so we needed to go over to the other counter (hospitality) and get our parking pass. Hospitality is the hard sales desk to get you to buy into Worldmark or add points to your membership if already a member. We stood in line for another 20 minutes to "get our parking pass" and had to listen to the sales talk for another 10. We agreed to the presentation the next morning, so they would not bother us during the week. We go back to the desk for our room (now there for an hour) and are told our room won't be ready for another hour. It is now an hour past when they said we could check in. We come back in an hour (now 6 p.m.) and finally get the keys to our room. They called us 5 times to make sure we were coming to the sales presentation (three on the day we checked in then twice the next morning at 7: a.m. and 8 a.m.). The person that we dealt with for sales was rude and completely delusional. When she gave us numbers, I had other numbers ready. She just got made and had us sign the "you can never again ever attend a Worldmark presentation" Let's hope they mean it. (this is the third time I have signed something like this and I tell them each time about it) They totally talked up how great the breakfast was at this place. It was fine, but we had to eat it at the desk of the sales person. It is hard to enjoy breakfast with an someone trying to sale me an overpriced timeshare. They called me three times that second day (on top of the two in the morning ) to just ask how I was doing. I finally ask them to stop calling me, and they did. read more

We have been worldmark owners for 18 years and have loved most of the destinations greatly. However, our last stay here was unbearable due to the extremely hard beds. We complained to the front desk and to WM but were blown off. Will not stay there again until we are sure the beds have been upgraded. Unacceptable Worldmark. read more

Our favorite of WorldMark properties. We have been owners for 14 years and this is the location we visit most. Rooms are available in studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 3 bedroom penthouse. The 3 bedroom penthouse is not really a penthouse. It is not necessarily on the top floor, nor does it have a huge patio/balcony. It is more spacious and has nicer bathroom features- jetted tubs and dual shower heads, but overall, the regular 3 bedroom is spacious and actually sleeps more because of the murphy bed in the living area. The units are always very clean and in great shape. I also wish that they would upgrade to flat screen tvs, but I noticed they are upgrading some of the stereos to have ipod docks, so they are getting there. No wi-fi, internet in living rooms and it is free if you are a TravelShare owner. I prefer the buildings on the west side of the property that face the grassy area. Very peaceful and if you are on the ground floor, the kids can go directly to the playground, basketball/tennis court, shuffleboard, or pool from your patio. The staff at this resort is always fantastic. This trip Adam put together an entire folder with lists of things to do in the area, tickets for discounts and complimentary wine tastings, and maps with notations and color-codings. He went all out There are many towns within a close drive with activities to suit everyone's taste. And the wineries! Sonoma County is far friendlier and cheaper than Napa. Some spots are densely populated- like downtown Healdsburg or Olivet Rd- to cut back on the driving. read more

I love this resort and so does my kids. The grounds are always maintained well and the staff are always friendly. My kids love the pool - it's clear and it's pretty big. I love how it's close to downtown Windsor, Santa Rosa, and other amenities. We go to this resort once a year and it's a nice get away from the City life. Highly recommend it. read more

Overall, Very Good. We have been there 3 times over 8 years. Overall room quality appears to be high, but craftsmanship is mixed. Quality control absent. Décor good, but the kitchen island has been refaced in 3 different kinds of wood paneling, workmanship poor, unit 5202.Front piece even had a bow in it! Some wood framing around wall bed not aligned. Looks sloppy. Good TV's, but signal/feed is not HD. Tried to watch basketball playoffs, but lack of clarity made it painful. Must be 480. Why put in3 hdmi TV's and use SD feed? Kitchen had good quality appliances. People / staff very pleasant and helpful. Timeshare presentation did not have gourmet food, but we did learn some things about RCI. WorldMark/Wyndam program is interesting. Parking problematic. read more

A lot of noise. There was a machine on the first floor that was left on all day on a Friday and all Saturday. They told us they would shut the water off at 8 pm until 6 am. There was someone banging in the room next door all day. Planes flew low all day. read more

I was very disappointed when I arrived at the resort. I had asked to see the unit I would be renting before placing my reservation and was told that it would be assigned upon checkin. There was no view from any of the rooms in our condo. All the views in the listing were really nice. That was disappointing. My biggest gripe is the reservation listed internet as an amenity, along with air conditioning, iron and board, hair dryer, etc. I take this to mean it is included. It was not. We would be charged $4.95 for 24 hrs for 2 devices. That's an extra $20 a day for 8 people. Had I known this, I would have downloaded what I needed before I left home. Also, one guest had a work laptop that he was not able to use. Parking was a big problem. There is not enough close to the condo. The condo itself was nice, clean and comfortable. I wish we knew we would have a murphy bed instead of a pull-out sofa. Also, the propery info inferred that we could push the 2 twin beds together, which was not possible. The number I was given to call with questions could not find my reservation and could not help me all 3 times I called. I feel I did not get what I paid for and stuck with what I got. I won't book with you again. read more
