**AMAZING customer experience story**…read more The other day I came in looking for a pair of heavy-duty scissors to cut off a piece of plastic that was hanging down from my car making a terrible scraping noise. After a minute of wandering around, an employee, Patrick, asked if I was finding everything alright. I told him what I was looking for and why I needed them. He lead me to the scissors, none of them big or strong enough for what I needed. He asked if I had a utility knife. I said no. He then pulled his out and asked if we could go look at it together, and "maybe save me some money." He then proceeded to, in the 33 degree weather, crouch down to cut this super difficult piece of plastic off of my car for me!! He then explained to me what it was and even suggested his mechanic. It was literally so kind. Instead of just trying to sell me some cheap scissors that we both knew wouldn't work, he took time out of his day to help me with this, at no benefit to him. It's closest size comparison to me would be the Ace in Westport, but hey guess what, you don't have to fear for your life in KC's worst intersection if you come here! We've now been without a washer for three weeks. Maytag service finally came out after two weeks and immediately determined it needs a new motherboard and additional parts, which will take another week and a half to arrive. Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the product and the service timeline.
