The team dropped off a storage pod (included in the price) on Friday, giving us the weekend to clear out the garage. They returned Monday and completed the first phase in about five hours, which included surface prep (diamond grinding), crack repair, base coat application, and decorative flake broadcast. They allowed the floor to cure overnight, then came back Tuesday to scrape and clean the excess flake before applying the topcoat. They provided clear post-install instructions, no foot traffic for 24 hours and no vehicles for 72 hours, as well as after care information. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Needed 9 cubic yards of dirt for a landscaping project and Johnson County Topsoil delivered…read more(literally!). They had a few options for soil as well one was straight pulverized topsoil ($31/cuyd), next was a 50/50 blend of topsoil and manure ($33/cuyd) and last was a mixture of 1/3 pulverized topsoil, 1/3 compost, 1/6 aged manure, and 1/6 sand (garden mix, $36/cuyd). Since were using this dirt for a flower garden and a vegetable garden we went with the latter offering. The dirt was very clean (in 9 yards I found one tin can and maybe one larger rock) and it was mixed well. Their website is very helpful and has accurate pricing along with delivery charges for the different areas of town. When I called they were very courteous on the phone even when I called to switch days because it was raining. The driver called to verify my address as well as where to put the dirt. Very satisfied with this place!

The guy at the counter was nice enough - just explained that it was the rule. Didn't matter one bit to them whether the equipment worked or not. I owed full price. I've had far better experiences renting from United Rental. They are more professional and have better equipment. It's really kind of stupid of Bledsoe - if they'd done ANYTHING - Like 'hey we are really sorry it didn't work - we'll only charge you half, since you could only fill it halfway' - that would have been professional, courteous, and they'd still get my business in the future.
