The samples of the flooring in the store are much thicker then reality. You pay Lowe's, they sub out the labor to the lowest bidder. The lowest bidder acts like the lowest bidder and has terrible install. After they have your money, the store has little control of the work and you don't have a contact besides the store. So expect many phone calls to Lowe's and and broken promises of call backs. Also, there are no English speakers on the install crew. So good luck communicating problems and issues. Save yourself the headache, hire the lowest bidder your self.

They said it will be about 2 weeks but I was able to get it back in a tad over a week which was pretty amazing. The only problem is While they had my generator a button got broken and nobody fixed it or told me about it. When I got home I ran the generator to make sure it was fixed, thats when I discovered the broke button. Not to much of a big deal because I called the shop right away they ordered a replacement on the spot no questions asked. In all it was a little inconvenience nothing major and they handled it all like professionals The generator runs perfect btw and yeah I would definitely go back here because you can tell a shop is pretty great by the way they handle problems. They handled it great! everyone is really friendly and they do great work. The 4 stars isn't to discourage people it's more of a simple reminder to look over your equipment.

But I wasn't buying one of their very fine table pieces - or their cross sections for whatever tickles you fancy. No, I was picking through their scrap pile in the back! It's about the size of a school bus, and it's basically non-precious cuts left over, or cuts too thin to be utilized in their impressive showroom otherwise. They charge around $9 per piece - I bought a 7 foot walnut slab to transform into a wall-mounted coat rack. Cost me $9.50. They'll also clean it up, plane it, and cut it down for a fee. I didn't do it, but it's nice to know they're so accommodating. They're definitely in a location that's a pain to park in front of if you're coming up the hill from the west - as there's a double line, and no turn around for over a mile. But once you make it - and though their place is wildly unrefined - you'll find a sort of boutique lumber mill of accommodating patronage. I'll definitely be back to visit. The wood's fair, the help is knowledgeable, and the stock is spectacular. You'd do well to visit too!

Advertised as 4/4 after re-work wouldn't be more than 1/4 inch left. I asked the clerk if he was aware and would he reduce the price, he said he couldn't, that's how he got it. Very disappointed. Purchased the only board out of 40 that had 10 % tear out/waste. Great selection of exotics and domestics however the quality/grade is poor and the milling is very poor in my opinion that covers 50 years in the trades.

Thursday we were told a new one would be in by the following Monday and we could swap it out. Monday when we called to see if it was in we were told the new owners were not honoring old warranties. No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. My father while alive spent all his time shopping at this store and this is how they treat long term customers. You lost our business and anyone else that will listen to how you treated our family.
