Thursday we were told a new one would be in by the following Monday and we could swap it out. Monday when we called to see if it was in we were told the new owners were not honoring old warranties. No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. My father while alive spent all his time shopping at this store and this is how they treat long term customers. You lost our business and anyone else that will listen to how you treated our family. Shame on you!

Then when they added the waterfall they forgot to take the extra off of the top so there was a 1/4 inch gap between the waterfall and the cabinets. They said they couldn't cut the top because it might break and they wouldn't be responsible. They are lacking in integrity. I would not buy ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN. 8K and now there are places in the top that have chipped out and now there are pits in the top. I wish I had never stopped the car.

And, the staff that worked there were friendly. They worked with me and listened to my ideas for a tabletop piece I was making for an outdoor base that I had purchased recently. I looked at a large variety of surfaces in the inventory they had available. In the end we were able to find just the right piece in the pile of remnants that they keep on hand. It fit with my base perfectly. They talked me through how they would create the piece, and I was also able to select the type of beveled edge that I desired. After all the decisions were made, they said the piece would be ready within a few business days. True to their word, it was delivered to me within that time frame. The person who delivered the piece was knowledgeable and helpful when unloading and instructed me on how to move the tabletop safely. He also gave me some advice on how best to attach the piece to the base. Once attached, the final product looks great, the way they cut it to maximize the grain in the marble. Based on this experience, I would definitely trust them to use their services in the future for any kind of kitchen and/or bath remodel that I would do.

They said it will be about 2 weeks but I was able to get it back in a tad over a week which was pretty amazing. The only problem is While they had my generator a button got broken and nobody fixed it or told me about it. When I got home I ran the generator to make sure it was fixed, thats when I discovered the broke button. Not to much of a big deal because I called the shop right away they ordered a replacement on the spot no questions asked. In all it was a little inconvenience nothing major and they handled it all like professionals The generator runs perfect btw and yeah I would definitely go back here because you can tell a shop is pretty great by the way they handle problems. I call it in my under $1 store, because I usually spend pocket change buying a screw. At Hartman & Sons, I just walk up to the counter, tell them I need a screw, and they take me where I want to go, quickly and efficiently and, most importantly, with a smile. I've done this over 30 times and every time the result's the same. They recommend and show me the exact thing that I need. They never try to upsell me or make me buy in bulk. If Harman & Sons were reviewing me, I'm sure they would give me 1 star. Because when I'm going to spend $20 or something, I go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I'm the jerk who only uses the store because of their excellent service. I'm a taker. Which is exactly why I'm giving it 5 stars, I'm trying to give back.
