Feels like a hometown store with a broad selection of items. Prices are reasonable. Employees are consistently pleasant and helpful.

MIXED REVIEW Explanation will follow. I was quite happy and…read moresatisfied with the way both the local store and the corporate messaging handled my issue. However, the delivery company they use (I believe it is Door Dash) was VERY lacking. As in on the 3rd day I had still not received my "same-day delivery" and I had prepaid a nice tip for the driver. I was online shopping for some kitchen items I needed to replace. I was planning on either going to the store to pick it up or do curbside pickup. Once I had reached a certain amount an ad popped up for free same-day delivery. Why not, right? It's less than three miles, so I was not concerned about a delivery holdup. My order confirmation arrived at 10:31 am. I clicked tracking and the message read that I would have delivery by 9 PM Monday evening. No delivery on Monday. I messaged the automated system and they checked my order and eventually connected me to a customer service representative. He checked my order and told me it was released and was ready for the currier. I was not overly concerned once I heard that and assumed I would receive it on Tuesday. On Tuesday in the early afternoon, I had still not received my order. I called the store directly and they told me the entire order indeed had been processed and was still at the store. I asked if they had drivers delivering that day. I was told they did and it should definitely arrive in Tuesday. That evening I returned home about 10 PM. No package. I checked online to make sure I had not missed a delivery. Again I was connected to a customer service rep who looked up my order and said it should be ready and I could expect it the next day. On Wednesday I had some errands and stopped by the store and checked my order. The young lady at the return / customer service desk contacted someone who checked abs said the package was STILL at the store. He retrieved it for me. I mentioned that I had pre-tipped the delivery and would like to get my money returned as it had, in fact, not been delivered. I was put in touch with a store manager who was gracious and returned my tip. Everyone I dealt with at the store was very kind, patient, and understanding. One of the nearby cashiers said they had a woman just the day before with the same issue. I would NOT recommend trying the same-day delivery as the company they contract with (Door Dash) does not appear to be very reliable. Henceforth, I will either do curbside or in-store shopping. .

I never come to bed bath and beyond and this visit will keep me from coming back. At the very least, try a different location.

I do not believe that she was the proprietor but someone who seemed to have hawkish eyes and a bit of cynical skepticism about her. I do not present myself like the regular provincial type of women from these parts. I am cool and confident and humble (but not in that Mary Kay way, if you know what I mean). It seems that I didn't fit her particular vision of who she wanted in there. B.T.W, I was the only there and am not surprised if this is because others have felt the same. I almost was about to purchase something that I liked but decided that I could definitely find it elsewhere.

Then to have your hillbilly hick delivery guy tell me you're not going to be back to deliver a product that is not broken for another week? I'm sorry. Your incompetence is not my fault. Use your brain and find a solution to get it taken care of. They finally found one and said you deliver it the next day. Still unacceptable but better than the week they were telling me before. Now it's the next day and I get a call saying they can't deliver it today it will be here tomorrow. Seriously? Do better. Lowe's customer service sucks. It's as if once they get the money they no longer care about the customer. Newsflash - if you have problems with third-party delivery people, stop hiring them and start doing your own deliveries again. This is ridiculous. It took four hours playing phone tag with the management team and going through three different managers to find someone who was even capable of logical critical thinking and problem-solving to even attempt to fix this. Edit: Thanks Lowe's, you successfully ruined my entire weekend with two days of canceled plans and still no refrigerator. After 4 delivery attempts, I finally received a working refrigerator with cosmetic damage. I was compensated for the cosmetic damage but, even with a magnet to cover it up, I will still know it is there for the next 20 years. I was honestly just sick of dealing with it and needed a refrigerator. The compensation was enough for me to be ok with it instead of going somewhere else. Apparently, it is too much to ask to order a brand-new appliance and have it delivered working and undamaged in a post-Covid world. Never again Lowes. I will share my experience with everyone I meet. Fun fact, many of their positive reviews on Facebook are cryptocurrency spam.
