Got lots of gardening tools from here. Staff is usually helpful but ive had some issues with them trying to not honor sale flyers posted in the store. Had to make them walk to the aisle with me on more than one occasion to prove that the price was marked lower. And the attitude of employees arguing over who's job it is to inform counter of sales or remove old tags is unprofessional. I was denied use of the bathroom with my 5 year old child because as i was told "we cant trust people." they only let her use the bathroom when i informed them i would not be cleaning any accidents off their floor. amazing how quick employees decide cleaning urine and feces is beneath them and let a child use the potty.

And just like the others, it was filled with plenty of kitchen things, more than I would've ever imagined but I like to browse and it makes it easy to kill time. This is in regard to a recent experience ... before this the store was somewhere we went often. So…read moreafter buying loads of things previously from this store including their higher end All-Clad products and all of our Apilco dishes, we recently bought a jar of their ready to eat mushroom soup which looked marvelous. When we tried to eat it, the sense of salt or actual excessive saltiness made it inedible. We even tried to doctor it with extra milk and fresh herbs and it was inedible to both of us. And it was fairly expensive. We tried to return it as unusable and would have been happy with another food replacement of similar value but the employees said food was "never" returnable. They did not even offer or want to look up our account after I told them we had a membership to verify that we are not scammers but actually really good customers. So I left it there and told them to report our experience to management ... and I will NEVER buy a food product from them again if they will not stand behind the quality of their products. In fact I have such a negative attitude right now I believe it will be a while before I go back at all.

They have more Carhart than other stores. While they were out of the jacket we were specifically looking for, I noticed they have the women's lighter red jacket, and several unique tops that are also Carhart. Normally I have to get them online. It's a pretty cool store. They have farming equipment, have a good selection of dog food including Earthborn grain free, and alot of camping or farming things you might need. I have my eye on the Carhart jacket, and the Earthborn dogfood. Great customer service, too.

They were fully staffed, which is nice to see on a Sunday afternoon. Felicia is always fantastic and welcoming and I am always happy to see her! Diversity: 2/10 I do enjoy that there are lots of women working at this location, including two women managers. I would love to see more minority employees working at the store. Prices: 9/10 You're not going to find super awesome quality in their tools but their prices are awesome for items like tape measures and paint rollers. They are overpriced on flashlights and some gardening tools, but we have had great luck on everyday tool items. They are also the plug on painters tape. Location: 8/10 HF is never crowded, even during peak times. It's easy to get in and out even though the parking lot is kind of small. It's right on Santa Fe (135th) which is always busy no matter what time of the day. Overall: 9/10 HF is a great place to find super affordable tools that will get you through whatever project you are working on. You can never go wrong with a visit to this location and they are always fully stocked. I recommend.

We love finding kitchen towels and food storage containers here. Always a great place for activities and unique gifts as well. The only thing is this place is packed to the brim. For example we wanted to look at a set of bowls, but we had to move three mugs, a cookie jar, and a set of measuring spoons to even see the front of the bowls. Be prepared truly "look" and move things around if you are looking for the right item/piece here.

I found parking to be relatively easy and walking in the place has an inviting atmosphere. I mention that because I've been in other Marshalls before where I left feeling depressed. I like the larger open-air environment but enough distractions to keep my subconscious engaged. As for the employees, I found them helpful, personable and were able to check me in and out relatively quickly. As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I suggest coming in for all clothing needs and walking around for a bit to see if anything else grabs your fancy. I didn't check the changing rooms so you're on your own there. However, considering everything else I wouldn't worry to much about that.
