The furniture part was actually very beautiful and I enjoyed everything that they sold here. They had outstanding salt and pepper shakers that my wife was looking for! They have a whole aisle that is nothing but ramen and soup from various countries. They have a lot of assortments of grab and go drinks. Nothing's cold though or don't even expect freezer items too. Data I need to have on hand, phone number, email address, order number, part number, when it was ordered, who ordered it, how did you pay for it, what was your weight that day, etc changes and prevents you from speaking to someone who can rectify the issue. We are furnishing a second home from out of state. Primary bedroom, guest bedroom, dining room, & great room mostly furnished. As stated, all was great until the delivery. Delivery day came and we found out that Bob's contracts their delivery service to a third party logistics and warehousing company. They arrived with an installer and a helper. Most pieces had to be assembled. We had issues with 2 pieces of furniture being damaged upon unpacking and assembly. Additionally, the delivery personnel got hand marks on my freshly painted walls, scuffed the walls, and out a couple of sings in the walls and moldings. I understand that things can happen. The issue I have is the centralized customer support. They will not let you speak directly with store personnel, rather you can text the store or speak to an agent in the call center. After repeated attempts to escalate my issues to no avail, I searched LinkedIn for Bob's senior leadership and reached out to a Senior Director over inventory and delivery. That finally did the trick. Their executives are caring and responsive. I believe they need to re-think their centralized customer support and rely more on relationships built by the local teams.
