But when I'm in the area and I need something quickly, I will come in here. I stopped in for some bird suet. The store is always clean and bright and the service is friendly and helpful. It's a smaller store so they will have a smaller selection. It's just local hardware type of things and some cleaning supplies and around the house supplies. I do think their prices are quite a bit higher. The suet was about $.10 higher than Walmart where I typically get it with my weekly order. They do have a reward program that I belong to and they will send a five dollars off coupon for your birthday and a variety of other coupons in the mail if you purchase a certain amount.

Waited a month for product and it was one thing after another , we finally had to rent a truck drive 3 hours to pick up our product we waited 1 month for and than the parts they FedEx us got rescheduled... can't make this crazy stuff up unfortunately. It was highly stressful and it was not the way I would have thought great customer service would go after spending a good amount of money , many many many phone calls later and having to pick up product with a 3 hour drive I finally have all my cabinets . Would I do it again : ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!! On a side note there were a few resolution people that were kind and patient trying to help me out . But overall Extremely disappointed and Frustrated. The value to affordability is equal to its counterpart and if something does break you have the ability to just replace the part not the whole thing . So that is a plus .

I won't name names -- and for legal, moral, and karmic reasons let's just say the name rhymes with something like "Crazy Boi Schmurniture Falleries." Our experience felt like such a spectacular train wreck that it left me emotionally scarred and deeply suspicious of the words "custom" and "lead time." Enter Restoration Hardware -- which, maddeningly, I had discovered years earlier and somehow didn't buy from. Allow me to say this loudly for the people in the back: I should have started with RH. From the very first conversation, Katy Cox was an absolute rock star. We explained our prior furniture trauma, and politely asked that she keep this in mind as we ordered a Chesterfield sofa and two chairs. Katy listened, reassured us, and guided us through the process with calm confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. Complicating matters (because of course we did), we were also in the middle of having a hardwood floor installed, which meant timing was critical. Katy and RH coordinated everything flawlessly. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, yet somehow exactly when the floor had finished curing -- a minor logistical miracle. And the furniture itself? Stunning. Even better than we imagined. The leather, the scale, the craftsmanship -- it has real presence. This is furniture that makes you stop mid-stride, nod approvingly, and think, yes... this was the right decision. Delivery was handled exactly as high-end furniture should be, with true white-glove service and zero stress. No drama. No excuses. No surprises. Just competence -- which, frankly, feels luxurious these days. Prices are very easy to find on items and I love how the display rooms are easy to understand and replicate. I do wish their prices were the same across the board rather than member and no member. Although I will say if you buy one big ticket item it is more than worth paying that member price. I do feel it turns some people off though.

Inside the slums of Johnson County, or as close to the slums you can get, there's Harbor Freight…read more This is a nicer looking Harbor Freight, compared to most which are in bad areas. Of course, that's part of how they keep the prices low. For those not familiar, Harbor Freight sells all sorts of tools and such equipment from various countries, usually starting with China then going down the price scale. However, the power tools are of poor quality. They're good for a few uses, but not much. Hand tools, however, are hand tools. Compared to others, this one is a bit bigger. In the back, they have the carts set up to look at, which was the main reason I came in. The narrow aisles and crowded setup is still there, just a lot more items to use up the extra space though. The smell of grease still permeates though the store. Overall, this might be the fanciest Harbor Freight around, although it is still Harbor Freight. And if you do shop here, make sure you have a 20% off coupon and the coupon for a free flashlight.
