    This is for the Lowe's on Valley View Parkway in Independence MO. Beth and Derrick at the service…read moredesk are amazing! We had a mower that had been recalled & the store on Sterling in K.C. Mo is where we purchased the mower. I contacted Kobalt and received a Return Authorization and was advised to take it back to Lowe's with this Auth #. We took it back to the K.C. Lowe's (along with the Auth#K) because the battery got stuck in the mower, they advised us that we had to contact Kobalt to get our refund. Lowe's said they couldn't reach Kobalt re: our Auth #. Took mower back home. Called Kobalt back-they suggested we try another Lowe's, stating Lowe's should refund our money so we went to the one on Valley View Pkwy. Beth and Derrick were so gracious and were able to figure out how to refund our money, since all Kobalt battery mowers have been recalled. It took them awhile to figure out how to get this done but they did. They were absolutely awesome. Best customer service we have had in years!! So, if you live in the K.C. or Independence area, you'll be much happier if you shop the store on Valley View Pkwy!!

Then to have your hillbilly hick delivery guy tell me you're not going to be back to deliver a product that is not broken for another week? I'm sorry. Your incompetence is not my fault. Use your brain and find a solution to get it taken care of. They finally found one and said you deliver it the next day. Still unacceptable but better than the week they were telling me before. Now it's the next day and I get a call saying they can't deliver it today it will be here tomorrow. Seriously? Do better. Lowe's customer service sucks. It's as if once they get the money they no longer care about the customer. Newsflash - if you have problems with third-party delivery people, stop hiring them and start doing your own deliveries again. This is ridiculous. It took four hours playing phone tag with the management team and going through three different managers to find someone who was even capable of logical critical thinking and problem-solving to even attempt to fix this. Edit: Thanks Lowe's, you successfully ruined my entire weekend with two days of canceled plans and still no refrigerator. After 4 delivery attempts, I finally received a working refrigerator with cosmetic damage. I was compensated for the cosmetic damage but, even with a magnet to cover it up, I will still know it is there for the next 20 years. I was honestly just sick of dealing with it and needed a refrigerator. The compensation was enough for me to be ok with it instead of going somewhere else. Apparently, it is too much to ask to order a brand-new appliance and have it delivered working and undamaged in a post-Covid world. Never again Lowes. I will share my experience with everyone I meet. Fun fact, many of their positive reviews on Facebook are cryptocurrency spam.
