She rapped her fingers repeatedly on the counter during the 30 seconds it took me to look up a number, while she was very patient with the Caucasian woman in front of me who seemed to me to be scamming her for a cash refund. She also took my ID for a return, but not of the lady in front of me. No apology for making me wait, and clear discriminatory practices between two customers of different races. I love American Eagle, but you need to get rid of Katie or retrain her in manners and cultural and racial sensitivity.
