I love old navy. Some things might be a little expensive. Love going there for flip flops!

Definitely a place to spend your afternoon while in Kansas City. Some pricey items to select from and some good values. Beautiful variety of necessities for anyone with even a delicate appreciation of culture, with aristocratic style or genuine taste. The service was amazing everywhere we went. The people here all very happy and mentally well-rounded, good for them. It must be the Good OKansas City Soulfulness. Enjoy your day-Blessings Friend!

They have a lot of shopping, dining and entertainment spots. Saw an ice rink as well. There are both street and garage parkings available. It was busy when we visited around a Saturday afternoon. They had several big stores such as Dillard's, DSW. Barnes & Noble, Dicks, and Old Navy. There are many other branded and local small stores too such as Roots KC, Torrid, VS, AE, Sephora and more. Among dining spots I was surprised to see a Mochinut store. There were also Buffalo Wild Wings, Cold Store, Ihop, Outback, Red Robin, Subway, Smokehouse BBQ, among the well known brands. We spent some good family time here shopping and dining. All the places we stopped by had friendly service. Priced varied depending on store types. The area seemed safe and clean. Overall a really good place to visit outside of KC downtown area.

I found this boutique through Yelp, when I wanted to do a little bit of shopping while visiting…read moreKansas City. The boutique had great reviews and stylish clothes. While it was a little out of the way, I figured why not just go check it out. I got there about 10:40am and I was awkwardly the only shopper. The lady behind the counter, (presumably the owner?) said, 'Shopping for anything in particular' I said, 'nope just browsing', and that was the end of the conversation!! She didn't follow up with an 'Ok, well I'm blah-blah-blah, if you need help let me know,' or 'Our current sales are this...' or 'Have you been here before?' ... nothing. It was so awkward because I was the only person (besides her) in the store. There's no music or anything & you can literally hear each one of my steps as I mosey through the store, browsing. This was a bit shocking, considering the reviews raved about the cute clothes and superior service. The clothes, definitely cute. Very trendy, not outrageously overpriced, that of which you'd expect from a boutique. But the service, (if that's what you want to call it) was was nonexistent. In her defense, I was in a sweatshirt, running shorts and flip flops- hardly looked like I belonged in such a trendy store, but still no excuse for such poor service (and you shouldn't judge people on appearance, if that was the case). Not only that, She watched me as I walked through the store, and the second I was inches away from the door, she loudly yells, 'THANKS!' I guess that was kind. Anywhoo-- Cute clothes, but not worth time or effort. I'd go elsewhere.

She makes you feel very welcome & will assist you with any needs that you may have. What I love is that even though she is helpful she is not hanging over you watching your every move. She has some of the cutest items in the store ranging from jewelry to shoes. There is always the latest trends within this store! There are also some basic pieces that can add to your closet. The pricing is typical of a small boutique but there are good sales! I have purchased several items from here & have found that the quality of the clothing was great. The items held up well with washing & wearing. That is a reason I will continue to return & purchase things from this boutique.
