Then I said how about these shorts for her. She said yes, this size and found 2 more. Well We got her 2 pairs of Jeans and 2 pairs of shorts. One was Rock Revival which I picked. Expensive taste. And I got a pair of Jeans Which I love. We WILL be back and make sure Kennedy's there when we do. Best experience I've ever had. Kennedy's GREAT at her job. I probably won't come back here now that I know of some other convenient places close by.

Located in a relatively safe section of town, Marshalls appears dedicated to offering the small…read morelocal community of Warrensburg good prices on mainly clothes with a limited selection of other offerings such as: cookware, bedroom furnishings and linens and toys. I found parking to be relatively easy and walking in the place has an inviting atmosphere. I mention that because I've been in other Marshalls before where I left feeling depressed. I like the larger open-air environment but enough distractions to keep my subconscious engaged. As for the employees, I found them helpful, personable and were able to check me in and out relatively quickly. As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I suggest coming in for all clothing needs and walking around for a bit to see if anything else grabs your fancy. I didn't check the changing rooms so you're on your own there. However, considering everything else I wouldn't worry to much about that.

Costco is one of those places I genuinely love. Great prices, quality merchandise, and always…read moresomething new to discover. But like a lot of people, I rarely leave with just what I came for. What starts as a quick trip for a few items somehow turns into a cart full of both "needs" and "well... why not?" I'm convinced part of the problem is the environment. On a Saturday afternoon, it's packed. Between the crowds and the sample stations every few aisles, it almost feels designed to slow you down and tempt you into buying more. So this past Thursday, I tried a different approach. I showed up at 8:00 pm, about 30 minutes before closing. Game changer. It wasn't empty, but compared to a weekend crowd, it felt wide open. No sample stations, no congestion, no navigating carts in every direction. I walked in with a list of five items and was in the checkout line within five minutes. Only two staffed lanes were open, plus self-checkout, but with just one person ahead of me, I stuck with a cashier and was out quickly. And for once, I actually bought only what I came for. If you're trying to avoid the Costco "cart creep," give the late evening run a shot.
