The staff were all very friendly and they worked together to assist all of the ladies who were trying on clothes. They would bring a different size and check back to see if you needed anything, and take away the clothes that you did not like. You just don't see that anymore. Dillard OPKS has a large shoe droatiehere you're sure to find what you looking for. I found 6 pairs of shoes that I wanted to try on. Faith had assistance but carted them out to me. I identified two competing shoes and immediately decided on both; one for pop of color and the other for boldness. Onto earrings: this was not a pleasant experience as we were ignored my the male associate. So upon asking for help he decided to assist another lady who happened to simply walk up. We received assistance for another sales person and when I asked about formal purses, she even escorted us down to get assistance from a real gem, Alyce! She was once a personal stylist so she wanted the whole rundown of the event and dress. She personally talk to me about occasion appropriateness, balance and harmony with my shoe choices! I was so appreciative of her attention to detail. We even walked back to jewelry and found better options and after my purchase she walked me to show me nail polish to get. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's been a very long time since I've walked into an Express and we decided to walk in just to…read morecheck out any End of Season sales. I don't normally wear means clothing, but their sale section was on point and 50% off so I was pleased with the good deals. It was a Sunday at the mall which didn't seem to have a lot of people out shopping, but I guess not too many people do their Back-To-School shopping at Express. I don't like to shop so I was happy to not have to push around people to casually look around. Either way, their music selection was great and really pumped me up to spend what little money I have for shopping. Not only that but their manager was very nice and accommodating. I'm glad I derailed by mission to check their store out.

This was a massive departmental store spanning over 3 floors. Saw some excellent collection of…read moreapparels for men, women and kids. Their shoes and accessories sections also had lots of good products, including some high end brands. I was surprised to see the had Brahmin's handbags in display, never had seen in other stores. The associates in perfume and cosmetics sections were handing out some free samples. Most of the items were on the higher end of pricing as most goods were branded. The store was tidy and clean. Associates were friendly, helping customers with trying out products and doing checkouts.

I bought 2 items one day and tried a dress on that was 132.00 dollars that I said I was going to…read morethink about, I wasn't sure about it. So I decided that night to go back and try it on again to decide for sure and they said it was gone, it wasn't even 24 hours later. The owner of the store helped me this time and told me she could special order it and I asked about returns, since I wasn't sure about it and she said that I could get merchandise credit but they didn't give cash, I said fine because I could find something else to buy. Then she said they were having a trunk show from this designer in 2 weeks so I could wait for that and she wouldn't have to charge me shipping, but when I was looking on their website it said free shipping over 100.00, so it was for their benefit, not mine , another lie they told me. When I tried the dress on at home I decided it wasn't that flattering and I didn't want it, when I tried to take it back the 2 women working ,one of whod had helped me when I bought it, told me there were no returns on special orders, and the owner who had told me when I bought it that I could get store credit now said I could not return it at all. So they lost me permanently as a customer, I don't shop anywhere with such bad customer service and return policies, there are way to many other great stores to choose from, I really didn't even like the store very much it was hard to shop for me and you obviously can't trust what they say. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Alexis went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of jeans for my little one she is at an I between stage and some items are too big or too small. She even offered to order online to add item to their selves..the best part is that I could continue to shop while she did that I didn't have to stand around and wait. She must be the most patient person on the planet, given that it was the last hour before they closed, and we had basically covered the entire checkout counter with a mountain of clothing. Shoutout to Eileen! This is my favorite Old Navy to shop at, because it is always clean and easy to find things. Everything is laid out in an orderly way, the store has a logical layout, and the people always have a smile. We were also assisted by another associate as we were leaving, but I did not get her name, she was also very helpful. For fabulous bargains and great service, Old Navy at Independence Center!

There was horrible service, the employees practically ignored us the whole time, I was going to buy…read morea bracelet and I went to the checkout and waited for around ten minutes in that span, every employee ignored the fact that I was waiting to check out all the employees where walking around literally doing nothing and side eyeing me just waiting to buy my tiny bracelet and mind you there where at least 5 employees ignoring me purposefully, I also noticed one of the employees was just trying on clothes on the job, I also felt extremely judged the second I walked in, which is weird considering I want to purchase some of your items, and you are making me feel not welcome, it should feel like a welcoming environment. I will not be coming back ever again.
