The woman working the fitting room was amused by how many jeans that my wife made me try on and offered to help find other jeans for us and was quite friendly. I am hoping that they have this store elsewhere in the country as I'm looking forward to shopping here again, when I need more jeans. We went on New Year's day, so the store was empty. As I walked around the store, I saw a good mix of new and old inventory throughout the store. Most apparels had good availability of sizes. The store had up to 70% sale on various products. In the men's section I found hoodies (under $30), sweatshirts (under $30), dress shirts (under $15) and t-shits (under $20) for decent price. I tried couple of the items. The fitting room area was well maintained. There were multiple staff members at the store who were assisting customers and also tidying up the store. They had great sales and buy 2 pairs or more jeans get them for $39.99 each. Sounds reasonably good for Levi's. I'm short so I need the short length please. Workers see you looking and looking yet dont offer to help. Even though they can see you clearly from the cash register. Yet the lady folding clothes up there and the gentleman don't have any customers.....you are invisible to them. So I go over and ask if there is a 4 short in these blue faded looking jeans and the guy just kinda lifts up 1 stack of jeans and says no sorry. Then he goes back to the register. Okayyy.....I look at the black jeans and can't find 4 short in those either so then I go back to the register and stand there for awhile a lady worker (a different worker not the one already at the register) comes up to me and asks if I needed help and I said yes please. She looks and can't find my size in the black skinny jeans and recommends the black ankle jeans as they work for short people. Helped grab me a pair. Thank you! Finally a helpful worker but sure took awhile for some decent help! She was super nice and at least recommended another option for me to try since the black jeans I originally wanted were not in my size.

Its a very nicely run, organized outlet store, with none of the bargain basement bins or disorganization sometimes associated with the breed. All of the clothes are from the previous season (for example, everything now is from the fall/winter 07 collections), so as long as you're not one of those people that needs this week's latest style, you'll find exactly what you need. Pretty much everything in the store is priced at 25-50% off of normal pricing so for someone like me, without a huge clothing budget, its a way to get quality, stylish clothing at reasonable prices. I can't justify $90 for jeans but I can certainly do $50. Same with shirts - $80 for a dress shirt is nuts but $40 isn't. Love that store...decent customer service too.

Why have it displayed if you dont have it? They looked online and couldn't find it and said it was available in black did I want it? Well no and ordering it wont get it to me today.
