The shoes I paid full price for (and pricey) do not fit and now they won't respond to the literally 8 times (email and phone) I have reached out about the return and the window of 5 days to refund them has expired. I am shocked that in this day and age if you are selling online that you consider the sale closed after it ships and simply ignore your customers. Now I am stuck with shoes I can never wear. BTW I never leave bad reviews. I am a person who goes out of my way to compliment places. But in this case I simply have given up. Avoid them -I don't care how awesome the things are they sell...find somewhere else to buy ! she may be sweet in person but a total flake online so she should shut down the online shop. I am totally with Nicole who left same review as worst online experience!!!

I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.

This is the second time I've been to this particular location. They have mostly clothing, a small…read moreselection of books and housewares. The clothing is organized well and the prices are generally reasonable. The housewares and book selection is limited as well as limited toys. The service is friendly, but I do believe they follow around the customers too much. I think they have volunteers since it's part of Catholic charities, but they seem to always be putting away clothing in the area that people are shopping and watching the customers which is uncomfortable.
