We were needing to wait on our dog at the Vet so we decided to cross the street and visit LuLu's Boutique. The minute we walked in I was in love with all the items for sale. From one of a kind items to the beautiful consigned clothes, purses and boots. Talked to the cashier (owner?). She was so friendly and easy to talk too. I told her I would send as many of my friends to check out the boutique as I could. I guarantee you will find something to purchase!! Prices were very reasonable. From high end items to cheap things! Highly recommend!! read more

Lulu's Boutique - My turtle pin! So cute!! - Used, Vintage & Consignment Near Me - Mission, Kansas

I haven't shopped here, but I recently stopped by to try and sell some high end designer items. They were thorough and efficient when inspecting each piece and offered me what I believe was a fair price. Both employees were very friendly. I did take a look around and they have some really great pieces available. read more

This shop is such a gem. Thoughtfully curated clothes, great quality, and a staff that is genuinely warm and welcoming. I always leave feeling happy I stopped in and with great deals and cool treasures in hand. read more

All of the people I know love this place and go there to see what they've got. It makes good addition to Johnson Drive and makes people happy, read more

Very kind shop owner. Hope to do business again at this consignment shop. Everything was neat and orderly. read more

The owner is so welcoming! I visited for the first time last week to consign some items and bought two like-new dresses from my favorite brands. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone who wants to feel beautiful while paying a fraction of the retail price! read more

This place is absolutely wonderful. The clothes and accessories are top notch, and the owner is a beautiful amazing artist pumping out nothing but good vibes. The prices are fair, and there is a price point for any shopper. I've been in the market for a new handbag for years and I found a gorgeous quality leather bag for a fair price. I had so much fun hanging out with the owner, her adorable daughter, and a lovely artist offering her beautiful handmade jewelry. You know it's a great place when you leave better than you arrived. read more

I used to shop at LuLus in Parkville back in the day. It's still a cute store with the new owner but she does not wear a mask, and I overheard a conversation with a customer complaining about forcing children to wear masks in schools. If this is important to you, maybe avoid the store or make sure you are fully vaxxed before shopping there. read more

FYI... Lulu's only gives store credit and only if returned in 5 days. And they do not credit sales tax, meaning they will charge tax again when the credit is used. ???? Their no refund policy is not posted anywhere in the store and receipts are only provided via text. I support small businesses but I do expect transparency regarding policies. read more

I was disappointed in how I was treated and in the low quality of the merchandise. There is no chance I'd ever go back to that place. The lack of manners of the lady was in full display. Sophia E. read more

I've sold clothes at Lulu's several times, and compared to Ditto and Arizona Trading Company, I'd say it's the best experience and the most knowledgeable staff. Lulu's is organized and has a well edited selection that you don't have to dig through. There's also a really cool selection of new items from local jewelry designers and other cool, crafty things. She also carries some Blue Q products, and the ever-popular Vinnie's Tampon Cases. On my last trip I got a second hand Arden B skirt, a luggage tag (new) that says "I love not camping!" with a vintage-style illustration of a woman, a vintage scarf, and 2 hair clips made from vintage clip on earrings. I spent about $40, but I had credit from selling things, so I didn't even have to open my wallet. FABULOUS!! Lulu's has some great vintage stuff too, so if you're into that it's also worth a look. So, overall, it's a super cute place, with nice women, and a great selection of stuff you are gonna want. If you're a budget fashionista, you're definitely going to want to get over to Mission and check out Lulu's!! read more

I was super impressed with this store. I have many of friends that shop here, and I don't know why I waited so long! I traded some clothes in, and got this beautiful faux fur collar jacket, and a cute vintage sweater. Everything is in great condition, and has a lot of girly things that I love. The major plus is that everything is very well priced, you can get a whole outfit, jacket and all, for less than $100- I'm sold! read more

When you have to mentally psych yourself up prior to entering the store, preparing for the attitude you know you're about to receive, that's never a good sign. I've been in there probably three times over the years and every time has been the same. The lady is SO rude and condescending. Owner... If you don't like your job or dealing with the public, don't run a store like this! Beware before going to this store, they will be rude and condescending, and you will leave feeling so weird, like, "Did that really just happen?". Never again. read more

I have some ridiculous mental block and usually can't deal with used stuff, but Lulu's does it great. The fact that my roommate got a leather Michael Kors handbag here of impeccable quality for $60 (!!!!) makes me totally recommend this place. They had a really great jewelry selection and lots of locally-made tchotchkes. It reminded me a lot of the fun things you can find at Hobbs in Lawrence. There was a tray of different perfumes by the register and they all smelled fabulous. When I'm in a better shopping mood, I'll definitely be back. read more

Lulu's makes themselves clear: they like the color PINK, they like boas, and they like purple leopard prints all around. They've set a strong theme here - but when your shopping, ultimately its the clothes that count (like at a restaurant, decor is nice - but if the food is no good, it's like wasted space!) Lulu's is not wasted space however, it has a lot of potential. In the midst of the radio pumping Duffy and french boudoir songs, I found some beautiful feminine pieces I would have purchased (had I had my debit card with me) and all well priced (I found an average sweater or shirt cost $12 - 16, not bad.) Like any used clothing store 90 percent is usually on the tacky side of things, but Lulu's was only 60 percent for me - and that's a positive review. The scarves were beautiful and only $3 - 8! I'm definitely going back to buy a few things (maybe that lace shirt for $12, maybe those blue Guess pumps for $20). Speaking of shoes, they had an impressive selection and cost between $18 - 44. The specialness about this place is truly the atmosphere - promoting adult "Girl Power" if you will - on Fridays (from 2 - 4) they have Happy Hour. Overall, I think a young mom or middle aged women would think this boutique's pretty cool. read more

Lulu's, will you change your sign, please? The only font more hated than Curlz, is, perhaps, Comic sans. Anyway, some items here are a little off for me, but I don't think I'm necessarily the target shopper there. There are some cool pieces, good prices. Some accessories seem to be on the junky side, but entertaining to sift through, nonetheless. Randomly have funny cards and other novelty gifts which have proven convenient when I am in a time crunch and don't have time to look for a parking spot by Paper Source when the plaza is crazy. read more

This little spot has saved me more times than I can count. They've always got fabulous little finds and you really don't have to look to hard. You'll be amazed by the prices... in a good way. read more

I love second hand shopping. From Goodwill to Act II, I love it all. But Lulu's has gone to the top of my Saturday afternoon "thrifting" list. I found the two girls working there to be attentive, helpful and fun, which enhances the shopping experience. They pointed out a couple of things they thought I might like and joined with me in sniffing a bag to make sure it was leather. :) I wish I could post a photo of one of the bags I bought. It's orange with pink and bronze crossed guitar appliques on the front and a broad suede whip-stitched strap that looks like a guitar strap with studs and "LOVE" emblazoned on it. I LOVE it. $80, like new. Also picked up a Brahmin croc-embossed wallet that is like new at a third of the price you'd pay at Nordies. There was also some cool locally made jewelry that I hope is still there on my next trip I may try trading or consigning to fund my adventures there. If you like funky, sort of high-end "thrifting," you'll love Lulu's! read more

There is not enough words to describe how much I love this place. The owner is an incredible artist and decorated the store in beautiful floral art! I always find name brands and high end clothing for affordable prices. This is my go to for used Frye boots!! read more

Lulu's has a wide assortment of contemporary clothes, including some new, with some nice vintage pieces in the mix. The layout is easy to navigate and there's a good selection of sizes. Prices are mid-range between thrift and department store; definitely worth it for quality pieces in good condition. I especially like their jewelry, they've got some statement pieces and one-of-a-kind items. read more

I'm not ashamed to bad mouth second hand stores. The truth is, few of them do it well. Lulu's may be second hand store, but you'd not guess it from browsing the selection. All the clothing is cute, trendy, girly, and affordable. They also have a nice selection of accessories, jewelry, and purses (I spied a couple of coach purses on my way out!). The staff was very friendly. When they found out it was my first time in their store, they took a minute to explain the layout of the store. read more

I love this store. They have a great selection, but I guess I am not too picky when it comes to discount stores- I am used to the salvation army, for landsakes! :) There is a HUGE selection of shoes, probably about 3 or 4 racks, and I'm sure you will find something you can't live without. The ladies who own the store are super friendly and definitely make you want to return to the store, if only to help them since they are a locally-owned business (don't you love places like that?!) The atmosphere is also very girly- which makes it fun to shop in. Anyway, anytime I need something new or want to update my wardrobe, I make a stop inside here. There is always something I find that I want (even beyond shoes, like I mentioned earlier)! :) read more

I enjoy shopping at Lulu's!! I think the NEW owner is doing a fantastic job at bringing new and amazing clothes and shoes and my favorite purses. I feel welcome and appreciated as a consumer and the owner is friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good job !! read more

Went here quite a few times when I first moved to Mission a couple years ago. The clothes were pretty cute (depending) and I liked the shop setup; real cutesy. But every time I went there, the women working were so rude that I wouldn't go back for a few months til the sting of their eyes had leveled out a bit; I'd go back hoping my experience would be different. Well, it never was, and I found out one of the ladies I saw most often giving me dirty looks and acting snobby was the owner or something. Yeah, no thanks- if i wanted to be judged and ridiculed by a woman who's mad she isn't still 22 when I've done nothing wrong, I certainly won't be buying anything from her in the mean time. read more

I learned about LuLu's Boutique on a clothing exchange site called Posh Mark. LuLu's had a couple of pictures of Betsey Johnson dresses on Posh Mark so I decided to check out their location. When I walked into their boutique, my boyfriend and I received a very cold welcome. When I was looking at their clothing, I couldn't pinpoint their target market. As a 23 year old, I didn't find any clothing that was appealing to me. I picked up a pair of used sandals, with a sticker tag with $120 on it. I instantly laid the shoes down and left. I can clearly state that I will not be returning to LuLu's Boutique. read more

Cute stuff. The shop is tiny, but that's nice because it's not too overwhelming. I almost always find at least something and always at a great price! Jeans, shirts, dresses, earrings, shoes, you name it. Location is terrible right now because of all the construction in Johnson Drive. Kudos to Lulu's for suffering through it. read more

I went to LuLu's today to sell some clothes that I don't wear anymore. All I can say about the experience is REALLY?! The lady that was there could have had way better customer service skills. She took a couple of my items and offered me $5 for them. When I looked around I saw prices that were too high, like $22 dollars for a t-shirt. This is not T.J. Maxx. Anyways, the only positive was that the store was organized. I won't be back to this over-glorified thrift store. read more

I LUV Lulu's!!! The owners are awesome and always bringing out fresh merchandise. I just scored a sweet deal on a beautiful Missoni dress. They currently have some beautifully "up cycled" sweaters with men's ties applied along the collar. Everything is beautifully arranged and what I love most is nobody else is going to be wearing what I'm wearing! read more

I stumbled upon Lulus on accident but so happy I did! I found a vintage slip dress that anywhere else would have been outrageous but found it for $12.00. SUPER great buy! Can't wait to go back! read more

I always find something amazing at a fabulous price at this resale store.

I love, love, love, this store! I shop here as a customer and also sell/trade my items back to them for store credit. They are so much easier and nicer to work with than the Plato's Closets and Clothes Mentors in the city! This is a store where they trust you trying things on. They don't leave the hanger on the jeans that you are trying on thinking that you are going to walk out with them! And the store is not filled with Abercrombie and PINK merchandise. Every time I go in to shop, I walk out with a ton of fabulous stuff. One time I even scored a pair of Frye Motorcycle boots that I had been "eyeing" at the department stores. These were brand new and still had the tags on them! With my trade in, they were FREE for me! Besides the awesome boots, I have also walked away with True Religion Jeans, Michael Kors Bags and great jewelry! I just wished I lived closer so I could get there more often! read more

I visited this cute shop just two hours before my 24 year old daughter's birthday party and they took the time to not only find the PERECT gifts, but she wrapped them in vintage dress patterns. OMG My gifts were a huge hit. And the experience was great fun, not to mention the prices were very reasonable. AWESOME. I'll be back. read more

This is the most refreshing store, complete with unique clothing items that are fabulous one of a kind to the best gifts (with great offbeat humor) and various sundries. The owner is also an accomplished artist and some of her colorful paintings are for sale in the store. If you are lucky she might be there. She is the sweetest and most beautiful woman and will point you to just what you seek. A trip to Lulu's is well worth time spent to get there. read more

What a dilemma. It's a great shop, well-organized with cute, well-priced clothes, shoes and accessories. And some of the most unfriendly staff, including the owner. Seriously, I love shopping used and local, but I would love it a lot more if the people working there acted as if they were glad I was there. I've been in several times and had the same experience each time, so it's not as though they're just having a bad day. It's a bit of a relief to see that other reviewers have had the same experience....I was beginning to think it was personal! I've bought something each time I've been in because there's always some great little find, but maybe I'll just focus on stores where they seem to appreciate my business. read more

This place has been revitalized. Amazed by owner's great eye for just the right pieces. Love the great prices. A treasure of Mission!

Heard great things from friends for a long time about this little shop and was out dropping off a donation down the street so swung on in. Really cute store and really well organized. Its got a great selection of items they have obviously carefully bought. And I got two pairs of Seven jeans for about $20 each. Cant beat it. Great value if you want to look cute and only like the feel of quality items but have a AE budget. Love it. read more

The boutique has an attractive and unique atmosphere but the people who work there have always been very unwelcoming. I have made several attempts to shop there but have never felt welcome. Quite the opposite.... they don't acknowledge you or say hi, ask if they can help you find anything etc. I've tried to sell clothes there and felt like I was asking them to go out of their way. Isn't this what they do????? Sheesh! Would love to keep my money in Mission but gonna have to move on. read more
