Frankie and Jules is a locally owned boutique with an amazing staff. They are always willing to help and so sweet about making outfits for whatever the occasion is. I was very unimpressed with the selection and the service was generally awful. Not only were there several employees standing around and not offering help, but when it was time to check out several of them were rude and uppity in all of their responses. I have also heard from several people their difficulty in doing exchanges (they do not allow store credit or returns), nor do they mention before purchasing. Definitely would not recommend to others. .

I immediately contacted them to cancel...there was a response "it's too late, but you can return your items. We'll talk you through it." I got my items....e-mailed and asked for instructions to return them....and I was told "well, you have to ship them back to China....which is expensive. We can offer a one-time 10 percent discount....and you can give it to someone or donate it." Again, what a scam.

There are so many beautiful things from clothes, hats, jewelry, crystals, home decor, books, socks, Knick knacks, purses, accessories, things for kids, adults, pets, etc. Each vendor sets their own prices, but from what I saw, most were really reasonable. The bookstore alone is reason for me to go back (the people that run it were wonderful). This is a great place to get gifts for people too!

No live music, didn't even see a place for it. Sweet treats for pups, I am guessing your idea of that was the 3 dry crunchy treats on the table too pick up. Exclusive sales, where? I didn't see any, especially on dog items, none. I did see the slips for the raffle but there was no place to put them, so didn't bother filling one out to leave my personal information out. It was also over 90 degrees out and you had no water bowls for the dogs. There was also no trash cans around so I got to carry a poopy bag around your store. There was no one around to explain anything or to direct you to the exclusive sales, live music, raffle... anyway you get the idea. If you haven't went yet, don't bother.

It is neat, extremely well-organized, well-labeled, and there is plenty of space in the aisles to move around and start a collection to try on! The ladies here are extremely helpful, and they even have team members who will help you shop for your preferences and body type. They're always full of good ideas!
