I let the employee know that I'm active-duty military and asked about the military discount. I was told I had to sign up first and that I would be able to receive the discount on my next purchase. Shortly after, my friend made another purchase using my number/account, and the military discount still was not applied. At that point, I was confused about why I was told to sign up if the discount still wasn't going to be honored. The bigger issue for me, though, was the customer service and the embroidery on my hat. I showed the employee exactly what I wanted, including the font/style I wanted for the embroidery. When I received the hat, it was not done in the font I had requested. When I brought this up, instead of trying to help or even acknowledging the mistake, his response was basically, "Yeah, you can't go back." His attitude throughout the interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This was especially frustrating because embroidery is permanent, so I expected the employee handling it to make sure the design and font were correct before putting it on my hat. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled made the experience much worse. I paid for a customized product and expected to receive what I specifically requested, or at the very least receive respectful customer service when I raised a concern. Unfortunately, I received neither. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.

The whole wedding party didn't have anything that fit. We had them alter all the dress shirts, suit jacket and pants. All of them were altered incorrectly and look like the person who altered them must have been a 5 year old - it was that bad. I'm not even done yet, after the "alterations" were completed - All of our suits arrived LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the wedding, and none of them fit. The employees acted like there was nothing wrong with the suits and asked if we were ready to check out....what a joke. Every single dudes pants and suits tore at the wedding. EVERY groomsman. Picture below. The day after the wedding they were open from 12:00pm - 2:00pm and if we didn't return the suits they told us they would charge us $50 a day. Imagine the storm when we all came in with torn suits and only a TWO HOUR window to return them or we get fined....and all these suits were torn because of their lack of attention to detail. What's even funnier is the day we picked up our suits, before the wedding - there was 4 wedding parties picking up their suits as well. All 4 parties had the same issue - nothing fit. What is the reasoning they measure you if nothing fits??? And what is the point of making alterations if they don't alter them????? MY ADVICE: Don't put the bride and groom in this situation. Go to Mens Warehouse on 135th and Metcalf or anywhere else. This place sucks. It really sucks. Awfully bad. Terrible. Menaces to society.

When I entered the shop, the staffs were busy tidying the items but one staff immediately came help my need. So it took me 3mins to check-in and drop the bag and got the cash back for 2 out of 4 items. I waited for less than 10mins for the staff to check the items( there are several items before mine) and was told how many items they could take and kindly let me know why the others they couldn't take ( they gave the explanation of the handbag, then after I asked for one dress they did take, they also kindly let me know why) Overall this is a pleasant experience selling something I don't need or wear for long time for some extra cash. The plus is that in their shop they have so many varieties of good stuff. I will definitely return to buy the next time when I need something and sell if I have some clothes/bags no longer needed.
