When I entered the shop, the staffs were busy tidying the items but one staff immediately came help my need. So it took me 3mins to check-in and drop the bag and got the cash back for 2 out of 4 items. I waited for less than 10mins for the staff to check the items( there are several items before mine) and was told how many items they could take and kindly let me know why the others they couldn't take ( they gave the explanation of the handbag, then after I asked for one dress they did take, they also kindly let me know why) Overall this is a pleasant experience selling something I don't need or wear for long time for some extra cash. The plus is that in their shop they have so many varieties of good stuff. I will definitely return to buy the next time when I need something and sell if I have some clothes/bags no longer needed.

So I decided that night to go back and try it on again to decide for sure and they said it was gone, it wasn't even 24 hours later. The owner of the store helped me this time and told me she could special order it and I asked about returns, since I wasn't sure about it and she said that I could get merchandise credit but they didn't give cash, I said fine because I could find something else to buy. Then she said they were having a trunk show from this designer in 2 weeks so I could wait for that and she wouldn't have to charge me shipping, but when I was looking on their website it said free shipping over 100.00, so it was for their benefit, not mine , another lie they told me. When I tried the dress on at home I decided it wasn't that flattering and I didn't want it, when I tried to take it back the 2 women working ,one of whod had helped me when I bought it, told me there were no returns on special orders, and the owner who had told me when I bought it that I could get store credit now said I could not return it at all. So they lost me permanently as a customer, I don't shop anywhere with such bad customer service and return policies, there are way to many other great stores to choose from, I really didn't even like the store very much it was hard to shop for me and you obviously can't trust what they say. I immediately contacted them to cancel...there was a response "it's too late, but you can return your items. We'll talk you through it." I got my items....e-mailed and asked for instructions to return them....and I was told "well, you have to ship them back to China....which is expensive. We can offer a one-time 10 percent discount....and you can give it to someone or donate it." Again, what a scam.
