I get that it would be tough to do that on the spot but I would gladly custom order something like that to get it right. Not only were there several employees standing around and not offering help, but when it was time to check out several of them were rude and uppity in all of their responses. I have also heard from several people their difficulty in doing exchanges (they do not allow store credit or returns), nor do they mention before purchasing.
