This was a massive departmental store spanning over 3 floors. Saw some excellent collection of apparels for men, women and kids. Their shoes and accessories sections also had lots of good products, including some high end brands. I was surprised to see the had Brahmin's handbags in display, never had seen in other stores. The associates in perfume and cosmetics sections were handing out some free samples. Most of the items were on the higher end of pricing as most goods were branded. The store was tidy and clean. Associates were friendly, helping customers with trying out products and doing checkouts. read more

I received an email from Mac that they were having a sale so I decided to go to Dillard's only to find out the Mac store inside did not participate in the sale due to it not being a standalone store. Which means the Mac inside of Dillard's does not own Mac. However I recommend shopping at Dillard's they have a something for everyone children included. read more

Dillards - Women's Clothing Near Me - Kansas City, Missouri

Had an issue with the shoes I brought with me and needed something fast. I There were several choices in the Dillards shoe department, mostly high-quality leather, a variety of price ranges, and some really fun and sexy ones. Of course these were for work, so I couldn't go to fun and sexy pink sequin route. What made my experience so amazing was Keila the young woman that waited on me. She went and got the four pairs of shoes. I was interested in, was friendly, fun, and made the experience great. Unfortunately they didn't work for what I was needed and she never treated me in any way, but kind and friendly . Highly recommend that you see Keila in the shoe department if you're looking for shoes. I appreciate shopping and having a customer service person who is interested in helping. Thanks for the great experience Keila! read more

**This 5 stars review is for Savannah Bee Company Raw Acacia Honey only** Was at Dillard's about a month ago (1/26/2017) found they had extra 30% off of all the clearance items. Had been to Savannah Bee Co. Georgia store few years ago but just missed the store hours and didn't get those honey to come home with us. Happy to find this products here at such a great price. It was $25, clearance at $12.50 with an extra 30% off, so I only paid $8.75/per bottle for this item. I think this item is not a regular at Dillard's, so whenever you see good deal or rare item is on clearance (with extra % off) just get it right away, but also needs to know that "pink label" has a 3 days return rule too. Happy shopping Yelp friends!!! read more

I'm not a regular frequenter of Dillard's by any means. The staff can be friendly, or very rude depending on when you go and what department you are in. I had a terrible experience once with a lady in the dress department. As soon as it happened, I went downstairs to customer service (yes, you have to go down, down, down to the basement to do this which is highly inconvenient). I voiced my complaint to the manager of the store and thankfully, she was very apologetic and took my complaint seriously. I then made sure to commend another employee in another department to make sure I balanced out the bad with the good. ;) (Side note: I used to present customer service workshops all over the region back in the day, so I feel very slighted when someone is rude and unpleasant towards another person who is there to spend money at their store. Ahem.) If you know Dillard's then you know that they have several brands that are great and some that are just "meh" but can be way overpriced for what you are getting. Typically, I only shop here during MAJOR sales or major clearance events so I can justify paying for what I get here. The kids shoe department has a lady who is FANTASTICAL! Yes, I said FANTASTICAL! She is funny, helpful, cheerful, has a strong Russian accent, and moves quickly! She's so good, I have left with more kids shoes that I never even planned on buying. Man, she's THAT good. Unfortunately, the selection isn't so hot at this store, but at least I can count on her to provide a wonderful service experience if I must go there. read more

Show department is awful. Nothing like searching for help then having them chuckle when reporting my shoe size. Took forever to find shoes and then to locate me..... The clothing department is a bit better but not much. Ugh off to Lenexa for Norstrom's read more

If I could give this particular Dillard's ten stars I would! I was helped by Victoria in women's dresses. When they didn't have my size she checked and checked until she found it at another store! I was even walking out of the dress area and she chased me down to tell me! Shelly is the Manager and she is AMAZING! Her customer service goes above and beyond! She had the dress sent to her store from another and personally let me know when it arrived! The store is immaculate and everyone is so nice!!! Please check out this Dillard's it's like no other! I drive from Midtown just to shop here!!! read more

Apparently this stores policy is they can sell you garbage and refuse to return it the next day! I will never shop here again!

I was out at Zona Rosa to check out the new addition, which includes a giant parking garage, Dillards, Sephora, Colwater Creek and some yet to open businesses. I haven't frequented the Overland Park Dillards for many months. I just can't get up the energy to dig through the overstuffed racks, which are placed too close together. The payoff for digging is never guaranteed. There are some really bad designs mixed in with the good. I expected much the same from the new location. However, this wasn't the case. Obviously, they do not carry as much merchandise, but this is a good thing because it allows you to fully see what they do offer. I hate store directories, so I liked the fact that I could quickly scan the floor and see what department was more to my liking. There were some good young modern dresses and coats on the second floor. The first floor included a MAC cosmetic counter, which isn't present in OP. The jewelry is spread out nicely, although I think it is still geared to an older buyer. I scored some great clip earrings for my mom. The shoe department offers much of the same as other Dillards, but it is presented in a classier fashion. Even with the upscale look and feel, they were offering several racks at 40% off. I don't know if that is a special sale or a sign of the times. read more

I go here for very specific things. I probably only visit 4 departments when i come here, but I find each one to be top notch. I don't like aggressive sales people, so not encountering that is a plus when shopping here. I really like MAC makeup and the artists here have been much more knowledgeable than others I have shopped with elsewhere. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, quality department store, this is a good option. read more

This store has nice merchandise; however, the commission attitude of the shoe department clearly shows. We were greeted upon entering and asked if we needed help finding anything. We said not yet thanks and continued to browse. Once finding shoes we liked and requesting our sizes our sales associate placed our shoes down and then proceeded to check out another customer. Normally this wouldn't be a problem for us, but there were other associates available to check out customers. I recommend that Dillard's (if commission based) allow and encourage any available personnel to check out an associate's customer and simply enter the name of the associate who helped them. This would help reduce the wait time for checking in stock sizes and servicing clientele. read more

This store takes me back to the "hey day" of the department store which I am nostalgic of. Large metropolitan cities such as NY, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, etc. still have these types of stores. Some even still place your merchandise in a box and wrap with tissue paper. Stores with a salesperson in each department vs. having to take your merchandise to a "mass" checkout line at the front of the store in a grocery cart. Personalized service. Beautiful lighting, clean, well organized. Designer labels, spacious parking. I could go on and on. Salespeople are eager to help without being pushy. The ladies shoe department is HUGE. Cosmetics and Perfume counter is dazzling. This is the "Go To " store for that special occasion outfit to a business or to a casual one. My wardrobe thanks you Dillard's. read more

A hidden gem-it has FABULOUS CLOSE and COVERED parking. This Dillards is never crowded and for the most part the service is great. I LOVE the shoe department here. I can always find something to my liking. read more

I had the most frustrating experience. I saw a dress on the mannequin I wanted to try on--an Aidan Mattox dress. I was told it was not for sale and that I wasn't even allowed to try it on to determine the size I would need to order. The sales lady was very rude and this entire concept of having a dress in store that you can't even try on is ridiculous. I tried finding a manager who was no where to be found. I would have gladly bought or ordered this $500 dress. I left frustrated and dissatisfied with this horrible experience. read more

Dillards is beautiful and has a huge stock to choose from!! The ladies shoe department has 65% off sales every couple of months, and you DO NOT want to miss out!! It's not like your average deep discount sale, they actually have gorgeous shoes that make it to "Sale" and lots to choose from. Also, the handbag section has deep discounts through the entire year - a permanent Coach, Fossil, Betsy Johnson, Jessica Simpson, Dooney and Bourke clearance sale!! It's my northland staple. A gorgeous shopping setting with amazing deals - Do Not Miss! read more

I am not typically one to leave reviews for department stores; however, after having the worst customer service experience, I deemed it necessary to say something. I went to the Zona Rosa Dillard's to purchase myself a new Louis Vuitton bag, a very big purchase and something I have been wanting to treat myself with for a while. However, after spending nearly $1500 on a new purse and taking it home, my husband noticed a huge scratch on the bag. In shock, I drove immediately bag to the Dillard's and spoke to the same check out lady, a woman by the name of Cindy. I explained the situation to her even though she still recognized me due to my thick foreign accent. She told me regardless of when the purchase occurred, all purchases are final, which I know not be true based off their website. After going back and forth with her a while I decided to try a different location. Therefore, I drove to the Independence Dillard's, nearly 30 minutes away from my home, to exchange for a different, untarnished bag. Without any hesitation or quarrel, the lady at the checkout instantly gave me my full refund on the purse. I am now faced with the confusion as to why I encountered two completely different situations and why Cindy from the Zona Rosa location was so difficult to interact with. In any case, I hope the management or customer service department for this location reevaluate how they train their employees to deal with these type of situations better. read more

Helpful staff and top brands with all different sizes on hand.clean and well organized store.

We can never seem to find what we want here. It's alright for a department store, but there isn't really very much that is unique or different for anywhere else. I'm not sure what it is, but there seems to be an odd smell every time as well. read more

Dillard's at Zona Rosa has nice merchandise. I like to browse the store when they are having a sale such as an additional 30 or 40 percent off clearance items. Sometimes I am able to snag a really good deal on some very nice men's clothing and items to decorate my home. I do not understand why the sales help seems so aloof. I felt as though I was being watched closely in a bad way like maybe I was a shoplifter. Not once did anyone in the home goods department offer to assist me. I ended up walking over to the men's department to make my purchase. I probably would have bought more merchandise had someone offered a simple smile and a hello. Dillard's has nice merchandise but they consistently fail to provide sufficient customer service. In all honesty, I have received better customer service from my local Target store. read more
