I found parking to be relatively easy and walking in the place has an inviting atmosphere. I mention that because I've been in other Marshalls before where I left feeling depressed. I like the larger open-air environment but enough distractions to keep my subconscious engaged. As for the employees, I found them helpful, personable and were able to check me in and out relatively quickly. As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I found two cans of deck stain that are the exact same. I have to dig through 8 shelves of deck stain to find two that matched. They were 1/3rd the price of Home Depot and went on perfectly. I feel a little bad using thier paint brushes as single use, but I don't have to worry about ruining my sink or clothes. I found a great buy on bird seed, the next week they were all sold out. Most items have price tags, but if not the staff will search out the price. Usually the check out line is slow, so be prepared to be patient. I usually bring in a cart from outside because the inside carts have large sticks attached to the sides.

They could have also told me the shipping confirmation email would have worked. Instead they all refused to use critical thinking skills to try to help me make a return. Without packaging slip I should have been able to get store credit. They could have told me my confirmation shipping email would have worked as well. Instead the manager tells me in 20 days a new system update goes through and they will be able to issue refunds appropriately with today's technology. That is no hope to me because that's out of my return range from date of purchase. I combed through my house and only by the Grace of God found the packing slip. She ended up finding an outfit to check out with as we were in there about 15 minutes, maybe 20 . We stood at the desk for minutes and kept looking around to find someone finally I made eye contact with an associate who is folding the jeans. I asked very nicely if someone wouldn't mind ringing us out. I got the most bewildered look in an eye roll. They scooted their way as slow as they could to the wrap desk and in that I was so annoyed I turned on my heels ask my daughter to come with me and we left without purchasing.
