At Home has practically everything for ..well...your home... decorating needs. The store is filled from wall to wall. The prices seem to be pretty good on a lot of items. The furniture that they have in this location is cute but not a lot of it. They have tons of area rugs all with a vast variety of styles. Tons of kitchen stuff & tons of pictures/ wall art. You will find something for your home that you think you need in this store. Lol The only down fall is finding someone to help you on the floor. It seems as though there are only 3-4 people working in the whole store. There is always 1 person on a register & I assume others are roaming else where. They walk around but no one ever ask if you need any help. They wear plain clothes with a small name tag (maybe) so it's hard to identify them. However, when I did find someone they were nice & helped me with an item on the complete opposite side of the store.

Rude clerks. Switch and bait. I asked for help and was told rudely that they are a low budget store and didn't have help. Will never return.

On August 22, 2020 my wife and I purchased a sectional set for over $2500. We did not receive it until spring of 2021. We were patient the entire time wanting to support local small business especially during COVID. When the sectional arrived (March 28, 2021) and delivered into our home, there was a bracket that was bent along with a hole in one of the pieces. There was also a missing plug in for our recliner. We contacted and let the owners (Alissa and Nick) know about the situation. Nick came and picked up the piece in question and said we'd hear from them once it was figured it out. It is now July and we still haven't received our fully functional sectional. I reached out about our pieces and was called by Nick (July 10, 2021) to give me an update. He shared with me my only option was to use my warranty to get the items taken care of because Ashley is being difficult. I shared with him as a customer I don't think I should have to use a warranty on a brand new product and the business should be advocating for our family...(using the warranty then voids it from being able to be used again). He shared with me I was the one who put a hole in the couch moving it in. I let him know we paid for in-home delivery and he said I did not and I am the one who ruined it. He then stated I had to go and pick up the piece (even though I paid for delivery)...he did state he would deliver it, but I should never text, email or call them again and we are no longer allowed to be customers. The reason for two stars is because our interaction with Alissa the evening we purchased our set was very accommodating. However, everything since then, we haven't been taken care of as a customer and am being blamed for issues we did not do and have proof of it. As I shared previously, I'm not saying don't support this business...but I would be highly aware you may not be taken care of at all, then yelled at and threatened on the phone by one of the owners and told you are the reason your items are damaged. --Edited after a call from the owner, Nick. I have now been informed he will not be delivering the item in question and the police will be called if I enter their store because of my honest review on Google and Yelp. I am to text and let them know when I am on my way. I am still unsure if my item has been fixed. If I could post the audio here I would from our conversation.

They solely carry Ashley Furniture, so if you're wanting multiple manufacturers for options, you may have difficulty finding your best fit here. Nice option on N Oak Trafficway for what it is. Staff was prompt and very attentive, but also they weren't wearing masks, which is disappointing during the pandemic.

Gary was ready to walk out of the store. I kind of wish we had. We ordered the GE Profile 4 door French Door fridge. We explained in detail the amount of space we had where the fridge would go, and that there was a wall immediately on the left side of the fridge. Rich said yes, it will fit. What he didn't bother telling us was that once it was in place, we wouldn't be able to open the left door because this was not a zero clearance door. We needed an extra 10" to fully open the doors. Again, he didn't bother with explaining that part. I think he was more worried about his commission check. We are highly disappointed with him, but love the fridge. We are going to try and go to great lengths and expense, tear out cabinets, shorten countertop, to make this work. A good salesperson would have listened and explained about the doors needing that space. We hadn't bought a refrigerator in 20 years! The GE Profile is a very great refrigerator (with the exception of slow ice maker and small ice bin), and the price was good, but Rich needs to hone his sales skills.
