Purchased the only board out of 40 that had 10 % tear out/waste. Great selection of exotics and domestics however the quality/grade is poor and the milling is very poor in my opinion that covers 50 years in the trades.

My Mom's Yard: Once again, no call was made before the visit, resulting in the dogs getting loose and running the neighborhood. The yard was serviced while it was still covered in leaves. I called to request a re‑service and was told we would receive a call beforehand to ensure the leaves were picked up. That call never came. Instead, your team returned and treated the yard again over the same leaves. Because of the continued failure to follow basic instructions and communicate properly, her service has also been canceled.
