Wonder kids is a really fun indoor playground for probably between the ages of 1.5 to ~6 or 7. It has several slides that land in fun ball pits, a couple trampolines, and even some swings. It also has a decent sized climbing gym area for the older kids but it's not big enough that I would bring a kid older than ~7. There is a really well-stocked, large play kitchen as well which my almost 3 year-old loved. The large LEGO tables were fun in concept but it was hard to really build much with them. The place was surprisingly empty on a Sunday afternoon. It may be because the price is a bit high for what you get. I spent almost $30 for a 2 and 5 year-old to play for two hours, and the ice creams were $3 each. They had snacks and drinks for sale but those were overpriced as well. One major flaw is the security. There is a back room with a door to the outside which is fully accessible because it is where the bathrooms are located, so if you weren't watching closely (which hopefully you are) then your kid could run outside or get into things because the area isn't padded and safe like everything else. The front door is also easy to run right out of. The kids can run freely pretty much anywhere and my 2 year-old could open the front door and run right out. There was only one employee there and he was playing in the play area with his kid a lot so sometimes nobody was up there. Again, hopefully you're keeping a close eye on your kids but it's nice to have peace of mind when they are in a secure place where they can't escape and this one had two escape routes to the outside.

Super clean. Love that there's a small trampoline section available. The bathrooms are clean and there are stools for the sink and toddler toilet seats on the toilet. They have rubber slippers to wear to the bathroom since you have to wear socks. Lots of snacks and drinks available to purchase. My 4 yr old and 2 yr old had a blast. We will definitely be back!

First time here. Had a couple of hours to kill before the wife's appointment at the doctor finished. Really good atmosphere and within driving distance for appointment. Really nice environment for this part of Manassas. Very please with amount of things for my 2 year old to do. Will be coming back when weather is bad.

    Climbing the awesome castle steps!

We tried WonderKids today and had a great experience! Super clean, and a lot of variety in activities. I came with my little girl who is 1 and a friend with her 3.5 year old. There are tables for building with Megablocks; a play kitchen area; a cool foam block castle with 2 slides; a smaller child trampoline, slide, ballpit area; and bigger kid areas for trampolines, tunnels, slide, ballpit area. There are several cars to ride around in, and there's a nice foam block area that littles can enjoy. The colors are bright, and the whole space is very cheerful and fun. There's an area where you can sit and have a snack (drinks and food sold too). We will definitely be back, loved trying a new indoor playground in the area.

We love it here!!! Very clean play space and all of the play area look safe. There are tons of activities that little ones can do. Big Activity puzzles, slides, bounce, and other things. Highly recommended

Brought my 18 month old to Wonder Kids and she had a blast. Her favorite thing was certainly the slide that goes straight into the ball pit. The place was clean and I saw the owner/manager constantly vacuuming. Didn't see anything broken and most toys were in great condition. The only downside is that admission is for 2 hours only - most places with similar rates in this area have all day admission and allow reentry.

This place is affordable, clean and safe for kids of all ages. Lots to do and to play with. The owner cleaned up the whole time we were here. There are tables to sit and eat lunch or drink coffee. The space is small enough to see your kids across. All the parents here today watched their kids, always a perk! We will be back!

This place is ridiculously clean! If you're constantly concerned about germs but want to take your kids somewhere, this is probably your best option. The owner has done a great job keeping everything as pristine as you can keep a kids gym. Yes you do need socks here but I don't know if any other kids gym that doesn't require socks so that's a normal requirement-- if you forget socks they do sell it here for a nominal cost or you can go to the dollar store next door to get some. The owner is friendly but does have a set of rules that he asks you follow-- just housekeeping stuff. As a mom of a little one, I appreciate that he enforces it because i don't want bigger kids mowing my baby down in the baby area.. the only way to ensure that is if the workers enforce the age rule. There's a ton to do if you have babies under 2 - mini slide, mini ball pit, foam blocks pit, soft climbing area, crawl through tunnel, cars and rody bouncers, rocking horses, and also a lot for kids over 2- multiple slides (even a sensory slide), trampoline areas, ball pits, tunnels and jungle gyms and even a mini air bounce house. If your child prefers other play such as kitchens or legos they have areas dedicated to that too-- and a mini rock wall to climb. Overall for the price, it's a great great place to take the kids- a bit smaller than scramble in Alexandria so you can monitor your kids at all times but way bigger and more to do than a busy bee or my gym. There is a 2 hr time limit to your admission but that's about the perfect time for most kids anyways. We had a group of four kids between the ages of 1-3 and most went down by the 1 hr mark. We will definitely be back for more visits. A super plus is they're open during most holidays so if you're at home and you want something to do with the kids on Christmas or Christmas Eve or any other holidays this may be th perfect place to expend someone of that little kid energy!

My kids enjoy the simplicity of the place. Plenty of space to run and adequate area for adults to watch them play

Poor management. Picks and chooses when and what rules to enforce. Far out, in a run down area.

Pros: play street, I think one of the only ones in the area. (Although there is a cute one in WV…read morethat has a cafe with food too). It's clean, bright. I love that there are also crafting options, some tables with puzzles as well. In a shopping area so plenty of easy parking. Your child gets to pick a snack at the end which helps with the "I don't want to leave" tantrums Cons: The price is hefty $16 for 1.5 hours. It's hard to get behind this when I can go to a place like me land in chantilly for $10 and unlimited play time with a much bigger space and a lot more to do. The snack helps with that but still, at this price I'll come maybe every other month. At $10, I go every week sometimes multiple times a week. The space is small and they are cleaning while you're playing, in such a small space this feels rude/ puts unneeded pressure on the customer. Especially since they have a gap to clean before the next time slot. Overall: I would come again but not often due to the price. If you have a really crafty kid and only one younger kid I feel the price might become worth it. If you have kids in a spread out age range, or who don't like crafts, or you don't want to deal with the stress of having to be there at a certain time, and leave after just 1.5 hour. There are certainly better options both from an affordability standpoint as well as quality.

This is hands down the cleanest indoor space we've been too and we've been to lots. The staff here were super friendly and regularly cleaning and putting things away. The play space has a town motif with a crafting and art area and then a vehicles, blocks, and dinosaur area. My daughter's favorite was the vet space, followed by the recycling truck. She spent a fair amount of time with the dinosaurs and at the grocery too. We never made it to the play areas on the left side. 90 minutes just really isn't enough time to cover it all if your little spends a long time in one area. I looked online to book play for another weekend and was shocked to see they only offer play 9-1030 on the weekends. I'm a working single mom, child in preschool, and we live in Springfield-essentially the weekend schedule means we won't be able to return without setting out super early. I love the imaginative play concept so I really hope they open a space closer to Fairfax or open up additional weekend play hours.

We arrived and the party room smelled AWFUL- like the party before us was a full on weed party. I was stunned and freaking out. All of my closest friends with their sweet kiddos were about to arrive and we would all be stuffed in this tiny room of stench. the party host noticed right away and offered to try air freshener and I said yes and asked for the manager. The manager came over. I asked her....how can a birthday party at a venue for little children be filled with...this? I was appalled at her response. First she said, maam, weed is legal in Virginia. Ok in that case why don't we go ahead and also allow parties to serve alcohol and smoke cigarettes. THIS IS A CHILDRENS PLAY AREA! Who cares if it's legal! How is that relevant to my concern!? Then she quickly backtracked saying of course they weren't smoking in here, they must have just smoked outside and it was just on their persons when they entered. Ummmm no. The entire room REEKS. She refused to do anything for us other than offer to mop (but we're all in socks...no thanks). Later they took $6 off my balance and gave me three day pass vouchers (I've always gotten these in the past after large parties). Did nothing to offer any kind of discount. I told them that I would sadly have to give a one star review and the response was just...shrug. Awful. Not returning and don't recommend this for birthdays anymore.
