Been here 2 days In a row..the concept of it is really cool to be honest. They have about 12 restaurants at this one location that you can pick up from and mix and match with orders, the others locations provided are for delivery but it's a good alternative if you're confused about what to eat with a family member or friend. They have a few spots to sit which I did. I've tried so far: Hanu Poke: Hawaiian. Good flavor and options but fish seems a little artificial..it is also as expensive or more expensive than other poke bowl restaurants in the area SriPraPhai: is actually good and prices seem average of other places in the area. So this place is definitely a plus. Fred's Meat & Bread: got a cheesesteak and it was actually delicious and inexpensive, but it's on the smaller side so you'll want to order more than this if you're hungry. Burger Baby: average burger with small beef patty. Not bad but also not great. Royal Greens. Big salad and they're having a promotion with a free protein so the big salad only cost me about $10 before tax. Chicken came out a little cold but the rice was warm in the bowl I ordered. I like the options and none of the quality is actually bad. Price is probably the only thing concerning as it's more expensive than the restaurant itself but convenience is what they're going after. Good place overall Service was actually good. They gave me packets of ketchup when I asked and filled my bag with utensils.

First day of the soft opening of the latest Wonder location was a super smooth experience. Ordering online has always been easy and this time was no different. But per usual they do have kiosks set up if you want to order in-person. Over 20 restaurant menus to choose from, all prepared behind the scenes and ready to be picked up at the window. And all trackable once you place your order! Just a few tables for dining in if you so choose. It's really more of a grab & go situation. So I went with M's Chicken Tender Combo from Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson which included the tenders, a side, and a canned soda. Pretty great value, and tasty too! The chicken sandwiches were out of stock so I hope to give those a try next time. My #1 question before coming here was if diners can get their Hudson Lights parking validated, and the answer is yes!

Having visited a few times outside of their grand opening weekend, I have found a lot of their offerings to be very lacking in consistency and quality control and not frankly not good of a value when there aren't any discounts applied. I ordered a chicken bowl from Limesalt and they gave me beef with no mention of why they substituted it for chicken. It was also very dry and bland, very hard to eat. I ordered some barbecue from Tejas and the meats were extremely dry and had no smoky flavor at all. The pull pork was more like pork jerky. The Pad Thai I ordered was $17, for that price I can find much better in the nearby area. There were also a few times where the app stated that my order was ready for pick up and when I showed up the screen even said my food was ready but they were still making it and I have waited upwards of 20 mins. I've also had issues with the app being buggy and orders not going through and customer service not being able to help. It was interesting at first but there are just too many issues and the food is not that great.

After circling around the parking lot for a few monies, we decided to park in the special gated area, and paid a few bucks for a spot. There is a parking garage, but my partner has a box on his SUV making it too high to enter. The lots outside the stores are PACKED. There is also a bigger lot behind the stores, but that requires a lot of walking. The store complex is huge and even has a name. We usually choose one section to go to and stay around there - we are not big shoppers as some people that go there. We just usually just make our rounds around our favorite stores, and whatever else we decide to check out. There are food stands spread around the complex where you can get sweets and beverages. A huge building with management office, guest services and various food chains stands somewhere in the complex. I got Jersey Mike's and Pink berry for dessert. My partner opted to try chicken and fries from the Melt Shop. Overall the food choices are solid, I'd say. Something for everyone. It is always a fun little escape to go to a mini town full of shops. Many are outlets - which means cheaper prices than you would find in a regular store. It is a dangerous adventure since we always drop a few hundreds when we go thus why we don't go often. There isn't much that surrounds Woodbury Commons to explore, so when you decide to go make sure you put aside at least half to a full day for just walking around.

It's clean, modern, and way more spacious than a lot of other food courts in the area, which makes it easy to hang out without feeling cramped. What I like most is the variety. You can get everything from hand pulled noodles and spicy Sichuan dishes to Korean street food and fun dessert spots all in one place. It's perfect for groups because everyone can order from different vendors and still sit together. Prices are pretty reasonable, and portions are solid. It does get busy, especially on weekends, so finding a table can take a little patience. And like any food hall, some stalls are better than others but overall, the quality is consistently good. I visited right after opening, a little after 10 am (many businesses do not open until 11am, like my beloved Seed+Mill). My first impression was that it reminded me of a food hall similar to what I experienced in various cities in Japan. The variety of foods available is impressive and you really can find it all here, from an Italian grocer to Japanese to the various food stands offering everything from BBQ to the best halvah I've ever had. And there's a Pearl River Mart and other places to find gifts and souvenirs. My favorite of this ilk is Muji Market, which has all the Japanese amazing things! Also of note: very clean bathrooms. It reminds me of the bathrooms at Grand Central, a lot of stalls, sinks in the center, only much, much more pleasant. I'll be back as soon as I can. It's silly that I didn't come here when I actually lived in New York.

The physical location is open to 10pm though most shops and restaurants inside are closed by 8-9pm, only a handful of places like Chote Miya, Miznon, and La Devocione were still open though also wrapping up business for the evening. Wanted to highlight a few more stores here for this review: - Moon Man Foods: a Brooklyn-based company, they have a small stand about a third of the way thru the market (walking east to west), selling southeast Asian kaya jam, which is coconut-based and contain eggs, coconut milk, sugar, starch, and salt. They come in pandan, ube, and Java palm sugar (aka gula melaka) flavors. - Pearl River Mart and Pearl River Mart Foods: back in the day they used to be located in SoHo on Broadway, though rising rents made them relocate, and I'm glad they're still around! They carry all sorts of Asian-inspired decor, serving ware, stationery, and their "Foods" location downstairs is combination of Asian grocery, bubble tea (Milk & Tea), and Korean and Chinese snack/takeout stands (Kimbap Lab and Mao's Bao's). - Muji Market: this is a smaller location that carries a narrower assortment than your average Muji (house wares, basic apparel, accessories, kitchenware, snacks), though they have a full cafe serving coffee and matcha, simple Japanese lunch items like bowls, sandwiches and bento. Cafe prices seem a little higher probably due to the location. - gallery art: there is a small whitewashed hallway gallery of maybe a couple dozen small pieces by local artists, featuring NYC-centric photos, sketches, paintings, multi-media. Found this fun and entertaining!

Never would I have thought that I would be standing right in the middle of the second biggest mall…read morein the U.S. But there I was on Mother's Day. Perhaps it's because of the sheer size of the mall or perhaps people were busy celebrating Mother's Day elsewhere, but it wasn't as busy or crowded as I would've expected. Although the food court wasn't packed, the wait for Jollibee was insane (probably a 25-35 minute wait). It was worth it though, I hope more malls in the U.S. have Jollibee. After eating, I explored the mall a bit. American Dream has a NHL-reuglate size ice skating rink (entrance is on the first floor, where you can also get the tickets). But what's wilder is the ski and snowboard resort - the first indoor snow resort in North America. I didn't go in but I could feel the chilliness from the condensation on the windows. There's also an NJ Hall of Fame, laser tag, Sesame Street Learn & Play, and Nickelodeon Universe inside. You can enter Nickelodeon Universe (no tickets needed) but you need to buy points to go on the rides. Even if you don't go on the rides, there are plenty of photo ops. I saw Spongebob and Squiward taking photos on a stage. Other cool things about American Dream: A ferris wheel called American Dream that allows you to see the NYC skyline, a Toys "R" Us train that goes around on one floor, and HMart. There is a fancier part of American Dream with high-end stores, too. I didn't come here for shopping though. Plenty of spots in the parking garage and it's $6 for each vehicle, though the first 15 minutes are free.

1 star - More Nightmare Than Dream…read more (But giving a 3 star since what was actually open was fun.) Took my daughter to American Dream Mall for her birthday weekend, expecting water slides and celebration shakes. What we got was a masterclass in disappointment. The water park was closed for electrical work. Fine -- things happen. So we headed to the shake shop to salvage the birthday with one of their fancy cake-topped frappés. Also closed. At this point the "dream" branding was starting to feel like false advertising. The hotel situation wasn't any better, not that the mall can be blamed for this. But fair warning to others who traveled as far as we did for this magical weekend. Pool closed for the entire weekend -- not for a quick cleaning, but pending state inspection results that could take "days to weeks." Called around to other hotels thinking we'd just move. Same story everywhere. Apparently post-Memorial Day weekend triggers mandatory state testing after high guest volume, and every pool in the area was in limbo. Nobody mentioned this when we booked. Back at the mall, the game room -- where the closed shake shop lives -- lost power entirely. And if that weren't enough, the fire alarm spent a good chunk of the afternoon flashing and blaring "there is a fire in the building, evacuate immediately" on repeat. Not once. Multiple times. So to recap: no water park, no birthday shake, no hotel pool, no game room, and a fire alarm that cried wolf so often we genuinely weren't sure whether to panic or just keep walking. Happy birthday, kid. At least the parking lot was open.

There's more seating on the 2nd floor, plus a press on nail place. Walk up one more set of stairs to the 3rd floor for more seating, plus restrooms and one more restaurant counter (a chicken place). I do not know how the place on the 3rd floor stays in business. I didn't notice signs on the ground level letting everyone know it's up there. It's definitely better to have a spot on the ground level where there's more foot traffic. Seems like a lot of people know about this food hall. It is fairly crowded. Many of the restaurants looked interesting, so we made 2 rounds to look at all the offerings before deciding what to get. We picked up Shrimp Udon from the Seoul New York (located way at the back; they offer a discount for paying by cash), and also a Potato Korean Hot Dog from Sweet Churros (located at the front as the first restaurant on the right side after walking through the front door). Both were good. I love food halls because everyone in your group can find something different to eat. And it's a plus when there's seating and restrooms available. This one is a hidden gem in Koreatown. Great dining spot for a casual or quick meal. The prices are reasonable compared to some of the "sit down" restaurants in the neighborhood.
