I couldn't believe this gem was so close to me. All of there pizzas are delicious but my favorite is their Fungi pizza. I literally eat this every time I stop in! Great staff and atmosphere! Parking can be a little tough depending on the time you go but this pizza is worth it!

Came to Urban Tomato for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The actual restaurant is not large, has a large display showing fresh pies, is nicely decorated, has outdoor seating, and the staff is friendly. I placed a to-go order and everything was delicious, well seasoned, nicely packaged, and thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered the Funghi Pizza (Mozzarella, provolone bechamel, shiitake mushrooms, truffle oil, parmesan reggiano, herbs) and the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe Pasta (Garlic, cracked black pepper, EVOO). After tasting both of these items, I became a big fan of Urban Tomato. If you're in the mood for good coffee, Urban Tomato can oblige. I saw them creating artistic drinks and saw happy customers enjoying their purchase. I will definitely return for other delicious looking items, enjoy a meal in their outdoor seating, and Urban Tomato is highly recommended.

Margherita pizza Sooooo soooo goods. Loads of amazing mozzerella and basil in every bite !

Absolutely love this place. The pizza here starts with a perfectly baked crust, balanced sauce and finished with loads of fresh toppings. whether you got the supreme or just a regular cheese pie, you are in for flavor town ! But it doesn't end there. The pastas here are also on point. Made to order, tons of garlic, flavor, cheese and just cooked to perfection. And the chicken / eggplant parm, and the meatballs, the meatballs.... Always the friendliest staff and amazing food, this place might look like just a nice pizza shop, but it is so much more. Serving up simple but really well executed food made with care and love

The best margarita pizza i have ever had! Their buffalo chicken is a good 2nd best. The sandwiches are all very good as love. Love that the meat ( except pepperoni) is halal

I love the pizza from Urban Tomato. It's easily a go to for Friday night pizza delivery. I recently ordered the Fungi, Vegetable, and Artichoke pies. All three pies had a crispy crust with delicious toppings. The Fungi and Artichoke are white pies, and the Vegetable is a red pie. Three pies were more than enough for a party of 6. The delivery was on time and super easy to order online!

Excellent pizza! Ordered a large vegetable pizza. The vegetables seemed very fresh. When picking it up I learned they sell slices so I ordered a honey mustard chicken slice. The honey mustard was very subtle. I loved the way the chicken was cooked/seasoned and want to try a chicken sandwich now. Total order was $30. We definitely plan on ordering pizza from here again.

I came here out of the high recommendation of two friends. It definitely didn't disappoint - unexpectedly good pizza. Today I tried their margarita and supreme. I chose the classics! The margherita pizza wasn't as sweet and tangy as others I've tried so I would give that a 4/5. I liked the crunchiness of the crust. Both tasted fresh. And the cheese pulls were top notch. Overall looking forward to coming back and trying the other pies.

While deciding on what to order, the owner offered to make me a drink that was off the menu. How about a mixed one with strawberry, Matcha and coconut? Hey, if the boss is recommending it I'm all for it. My son got the ube and coconut. OMG, both drinks were so darn yummy. I am not an ube fan whatsoever, but my son insisted I take a sip. I have to say it was the best ube drink I have ever tried. The coconut mixed with the strawberry and matcha is a game changer. The teddy bear made of ice was so cute and makes for a cool IG pic. The owner was sweet enough to ask if we liked it. I gave her the thumbs up and said they were excellent and that we will be back. Oddly they also serve pho here, it's not a restaurant per se. Imagine our delight when we found this place on Yelp. This is huge for coffee lovers. Most of their beans are single-origin, and while some may be a little nervous that it's next to a gas station, rest assured, it will be one of the best coffees you will ever enjoy. Bold statement, but a true statement. Seating is very limited. One side has four seats at a long bench table, while the other side offers two seats. There was also a table with a few chairs outside. This place has espresso drinks, coffee, a limited tea selection (tea bags, not loose leaf), banana bread, croissants, and other various baked items. We had a buttery croissant and banana bread -- both were heated up and outstanding!! The coffee beans are roasted in-house, and they also offer coffee on tap. It turns out they have several locations, and they all roast their own beans on-site. You can also purchase beans to grind at home, should you choose. Parking is tight but free. They do have a bathroom if you need to use it, and the baristas who work there are all experts at making coffee. They are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and are great to chat with about their beans when the place is at a rare slow time. They are dedicated to their craft. Anytime we are nearby, this will be the only place we will be stopping for a supreme cup of java. My biggest regret: not purchasing a bag to take home. The Roast'd Legender is calling out to me.

I noticed that Mavi's has installed wall mounted televisions, which scroll menu items, specials, and upcoming events. This was my first time ordering from their brunch menu and it was outstanding. My Western Omelette (ham, onion, mushroom, pepper, egg, potato, arugula, almond slices) was an excellent choice. Every ingredient was fresh, the eggs were fluffy, and it was accompanied by a side salad and two large slices of multigrain bread. The other items were the artistically presented Avocado Salad (Avocado, tomato, onion crisp, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, arugula mixed salad, almond slices with balsamic glaze and sesame dressing) and the Toowoomba Shrimp Donkatsu (crispy, golden-fried cutlet smothered in a rich, creamy, and spicy Cajun Toowoomba sauce with shrimp, onions, and mushrooms, served alongside a half-portion of pasta). This dish is succulent, creamy, pleasantly spicy, and thoroughly enjoyed. I'll never dine at Mavi's without ordering a Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion, mushroom, bulgogi beef, kimchi, scallion, spicy mayo drizzle). I was excited to finally order dinner after hearing good things, but my husband and I were unfortunately disappointed with the experience. We ordered takeout for dinner: Toowoomba Shrimp Pasta with Tonkatsu and the Spicy Original Tteokbokki (rice cakes) with Fried Kim-ma-ri (fried seaweed rolls). The shrimp pasta had good flavor but the portion was way too tiny. After only three or four bites, it was gone. There were about 4 pieces of shrimp in the entire dish and they could've added more pasta, given that it's not an expensive ingredient. The tonkatsu was also underwhelming. It was a small piece served in a large container that made the portion size look even more skimpy. I was also disappointed in the tteokbokki. It was mostly sauce with no egg and only a few pieces of fish cake, again served in a container that was far too large for the amount of food provided. The kim-ma-ri pieces were fine but also very small. Overall, the meal was underwhelming. For a total cost of nearly $50, the quantities were just way too small. We were left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry.
