I hired Nathan W. from Wise Builders to remodel and update my guest bathrooms and my kitchen. From the start Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me a lot of his design help and background when shopping for all the finish materials. I was quoted about 8 weeks to complete my 2 bathrooms and kitchen (full gut remodels) with permits inspections etc. and we were right on track, 8 weeks and 5 days to be exact! The crew was very professional and surprisingly clean. They were some unexpected items that came up in the course of construction but Nathan and the wise builders team were on it and transparent about the changes and the costs that came with it. Overall, my entire experience with Wise was nothing short of excellent. We just completed our home remodel with Wise Builders Nathan was our project manager. Project was started and completed on time. Nathan is a terrific designer and General Contractor he had great crews that worked in different trades. He communicated with us each week as to what is going on with our project from progress, updates to passing inspections to scheduling walk-throughs with us to go over layouts and finishes together. Nathan did multiple walk-throughs with us to ensure our satisfaction and always coming up with ideas to make our newly purchased house a home for us. I have already recommended Wise Builders to multiple people such as my friends and family and now here on Yelp! The work that was done was a 626 square foot addition to the rear of our home which included a full bedroom, master bath and walk in closet. Searching for a contractor -- and a good contractor at that -- is one of the most stressful experiences. But if you are reading this right now, YOU CAN STOP SEARCHING. Wise Builders was an unbelievably great company to work with. We were looking to remodel our kitchen and were so overwhelmed with all the options in the L.A. area. But after finding Wise Builders, we could not be happier. The work was professional, within the typical price range for a job this big and -- shockingly during a pandemic -- competed on time! I attached some photos of the finished kitchen (as well as some photos of what it looked like before), so you can see the dramatic (and stunning) difference. We specifically worked with the contractor Nathan Weizmann, who was one of the nicest and most talented guys we've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is also a designer, so he knew exactly what would look best in our home. The process started with a very thorough walkthrough of the work that would be done before we signed any contract. Nathan is so good at what he does, the estimates he gave us before the work started were almost exactly the final cost. He even helped us order our appliances early enough, knowing they would take extra long to ship. The appliances all arrived exactly when they needed to so there was no delay in finishing the work. Once we started work, everything went very quickly. The workers (led by the amazingly great Carlos) were there every day and always working hard. We had to do some major work like removing a load-bearing wall, but everything was handled so professionally. Nathan was always regularly on-site to check up on things, as well as constantly keeping in communication with us through the entire process. Once the work was done, Nathan was happy to answer any questions we had, and even help us with small details about how best to clean the appliances, floors, etc. All around it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We were so stressed out about finding a good contractor before this process started, but are now so thankful that we found Wise Builders and Nathan. So relived I selected wise builders! I had a horrible experience with a contractor I hired to renovate my kitchen and powder room. Showed up late, once a week, the typical nightmare contractor. Luckily, I contacted wise builders and they sent over Aaron the project manager. From the jump he was much more honest and professional as well as putting a plan simply together on how to get started. Amazing experience!! Nathan was our project manager for our project. We needed to do a complete Reno to our home. This included -kitchen remodel -load bearing wall removals -master bathroom remodel - 3 guest bathroom remodels -flooring, painting, lighting etc. Nathan our Project Manager- complete rockstar! scheduled shopping days with us to create and execute the design we were interested in. I called WISE BUILDERS to get an estimate for a bathroom remodeling that me and my wife were looking to do for quite a long period of time. I had the pleasure of actually talking directly with the owner Eric which gave me plenty of information about how to go along with doing such a project. It took about a week to get one of their project managers out to our house. The one thing that I liked about their project manager was that he was able to provide us with the so-called shopping list so we will be organized and get all of our shopping done prior to the crew starting any physical work. I spoke with Eric the owner to schedule an estimate for a full home remodel. Right off the bat I can tell you he was much more different then all the other companies I spoke to (very professional). He sent out one of his veteran project managers to come out and he was a great fit for my vision and budget. They took care of every question I had and made sure I was always left with all my questions answered no matter what! I won't lie I was very skeptical at first because of all the stories I have heard from my friends about contractors and their experience and I have to say, my experience was black on white to what they had to say. I am extremely happy with the finish result and the customer service I received. Just moved into my new 2000 sqft home in Thousand Oaks. It definitely was a better deal then I thought but needed some work. I remodeled 2 of my bathrooms and replaced all of the laminate flooring with mid grade engineered wood. I would recommend Wise Builders with flying colors. I spent months trying to find a construction team that I trusted full-heartedly. Wise Builders were there for me every step of the way - from selecting my backsplash to providing me with functional devices such as a garbage disposal switch, under light cabinets, pull down shelving systems etc. - I always knew I was being given the best and most honest advice. They are very well connected in the industry and because of that, I always felt I was getting the best quality for the best price. The project manager they sent out was knowledge, honest and explained every step of the process (different then other people that provided me an estimate) My project consisted of a kitchen remodel, guest bath remodel, new flooring and trims. Very happy with the finish result. Me and my fiancée just remodeled our newly purchased fixer upper home. We knew from the beginning that there is a lot of work involved and needed to hire a general contractor who really knows what there doing. From Eric the owner to the finish crew I had a fantastic experience. Constant updates backed up by good professional work. I called to schedule an appointment and from the first initial conversation with Eric the owner, I understood that I am actually dealing with an experienced owner and G.C. I recently remodeled my kitchen and all 3 bathrooms in my home that I recently purchased. I chose to hire wise builders due to the professionalism and attitude that they have. From the start they explained in detail all aspects of the project and what a project like mine consists of. For example budgeting, design, shopping expenses and potential unforeseen items that could happen (I had some damage to my subfloor in my master bath). Overall this company was fair priced for the quality of work done Tommy home. The total project took about 9 weeks to complete and was delivered on time after touch ups.
