We do not recommend Top Pros for these reasons: -pushy sales tactics -poor communication throughout project -even worse communication post-project while trying to get various issues fixed/resolved (we are still awaiting responses on several issues despite repeated calls, texts, emails) -final job cost nearly twice original quote -lack of transparency related to mold test results and mold remediation process -we had to check work at every step and request fixes on incomplete and/or faulty work at various stages -failure to abide by various contract language & provisions -failure to reimburse us for surplus materials that were returned to manufacturer, which we had paid for -several problems with work following completion of project, including a pipe leaking in the wall, cracks in the grout, and an intermittent but pervasive smell of sewage in the bathroom. read more

The overall project looks fantastic! However, I'm disappointed with the lack of support and attention I received after the project was completed. During the recent storms, I inspected my amazing patio for leaks and found a few. I contacted my project manager on November 15, 2025, and was told that someone would come to address my concerns about the workmanship. Needless to say, I'm still waiting. I was impressed with Dillion just speaking to me in a language that anyone not in construction can understand. He made an appointment for the same day which was great. The person who came out was interesting. He was scared of a big flying bug that surrounded us while we were talking outside my home. That was a red flag, a guy who's scared of bugs. Anyway, we spoke about the different kinds of windows I can have installed. I wasn't ready to decide without the written estimate. So he wrote it down. I was turned off because he originally said something like $16,000, which then went down to $14,000 with various rebates, but I had to ask. Then, when I told him I wasn't going to decide without a written estimate, he called someone and then offered me more discounts if I agreed that day and signed a contract that could be canceled within 7 days. This is not how I do business or want to do business with a company where I feel pressured to work with them. You can decide for yourself this is just my opinion. read more

I had the opportunity to work closely with Matan Adri project manager. Matan is knowledgeable about every aspect of executing and finalizing the job and everything in between. I had a ductless Mini-Split put in my living room which cools my living room dining room and one bedroom. I'm super excited about this summer because I will have air conditioner and next winter, heat and it was a reasonable and more than fair price for me. My electric bill will be manageable as opposed to the large HVACs. Matan showed up almost everyday while I was making my decision. Top Pros hire only the best to do the job. I was told the construction crew would be here 4 hours. They completed it in about 3 hours. I was given top of the line product, expertly installed and no sign of debris was left behind. I got a call from their telemarketer (I don't like those in general but the girl was really nice and respectful and honestly called at the right time so I listened) they sent a girl over, she was nice, listened to me, talked me out of some stuff I thought I wanted and helped me just pace myself and get the sliding door , and front windows first. (Already did the back ones with them a month later once I got my tax return) . My electric bill went down as promised, I sleep better on Tuesday mornings (that trash truck at 6am !! Not good customer service. I am an electrician and wanted to call to get an estimate for an ADU at my father's home. Top Pros said they "can't even come out to your home to provide an estimate until you have approved plans". I figured that since they are the "Pros", they would be the ones to take care of the city related tasks. The fact that they can't even give a general number for their price per sq ft for a home addition is very unsettling, makes me feel that they are not upfront and honest about their work. Most contractors will tell you their general pricing of $150 per sq ft or something like that, but Angelic didn't even want to talk to us if we didn't already have city approved plans. We interviewed about 10 contractors to come give us a quote on a bathroom remodel project and we settled on Top Pros Construction back in July of 22. Yaron came and met with us and showed us all of these wonderful projects he had worked on previously and we were impressed with his vision of the project. It seemed like we had found a great fit and we were excited to get this project off the ground. We signed a contract and paid a deposit. Then the waiting began. We didn't get our first visit to look at the work that needed to be done until October. They didn't submit the plans until November. When we reached out to them in December, January, and again in February we were told to be patient. 7 months after our initial meeting, he broke the news to us that Top Pros were moving to Texas and they could no longer handle our project. Nowhere in that 7 months did he ever tell us that this was a possibility. Making a big move like that doesn't just happen overnight and suddenly it was clear as to why we had been strung along for so long. It was clear that they never intended to do the project. He told us that they wanted to hand the project over to their "sister company" LAR Construction. Initially, we were hesitant as we were already VERY frustrated at how long this project had taken us. Had we gone with a different contractor, we likely would have already been done. We agreed to meet with LAR and they took over the contract. That in itself was a huge nightmare as that was a horrible experience that we are still dealing with to this day. This review isn't about LAR, but if it wasn't for Top Pros, we would not have been stuck with this awful company. We trusted Yaron and Top Pros and now we realize that it was a mistake and we're paying for it now. I would not trust this company again and would advise anyone looking for a contractor to look somewhere else. read more

I first contacted Top Pros Construction when I suspected the reason for my health issues was from a mold problem in my kitchen. Dustin from Top Pros Construction came to see us and did some initial testing and confirmed my suspicions and this was the start of our remediation process. Dustin contracted a third party vendor to find out what exact type of mold we had and how to proceed. Top Pros Construction found and removed the mold due to an old sink leak we had under the cabinets. Since half the kitchen was already gone we decided to gut the entire kitchen to be sure it was all gone. Dustin knew this was a big concern and health hazard for me so he worked quickly having his men quarantine my kitchen. The remediation team removed everything, they cleaned and re-tested and cleaned again until the testing proved all mold had been safely removed. Now that the kitchen was an empty shell we had to rebuild. Dustin explained and communicated the process as we went along. I see Dustin as wearing many hats. I saw him as a friend, a consultant, a psychologist, a mediator and a motivated and energetic professional. Throughout the whole process Dustin always reassured us we would make it to the end, always said to call if we had questions or problems. Dustin helped me with the kitchen cabinet design and coloring and flooring. I am so happy with the cabinets he suggested they are amazing and high quality. Dustin kept me within my budget and helped me to get all that I wanted for functionality in the kitchen. Dustin accomplished the job and left me with a beautiful kitchen that is safe for me and a kitchen I love. Dustin also assisted us in spending a lot of his time with our Insurance Agent for the Home Owners claim we filed. He seriously took a lot of stress and pressure off of us by doing this. We really appreciate him helping us with that aspect of this journey.
