You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

You read that right. A contractor who is consistently present and involved. The level of caring for the projects this team handles is unmatched. Through the project, they recommend things, never push things. A rarely in this field. We have used New Leaf Remodeling a total of three times. Once for a master bathroom remodel that came out incredible. Second for a quick (and easy!) kitchen counter remodel. The third time is when we had a water leak that flooded one room. We called New Leaf and he was there the very next day. (Same day was not needed because of the restoration demolition). He let us know he has his team on standby for when we got the all clear that all the water was dry in the frame. And guess what, the day after we got the all clear from restoration people, New Leaf was there to go over the room rebuild and to get started. We are already trying to think of when we can use them again.

The cabinets were 50% more and construction costs were 75% more than other bids for the same work! We obviously chose to go elsewhere but they refused to release the designs, so we basically burned $3,000 and a lot of time only to learn that they were unnecessarily expensive. When I asked them for the designs they became defensive and refused to provide them. During this process, we also ordered a bathroom vanity from them that was 50% more than what we could have purchased locally, but we liked the design and were already working with them so we proceeded. The vanity took a month longer than expected to arrive and was wrong, but at this point we couldn't wait any more because the project had been held up so much. The people we worked with were all nice but their pricing and policies are completely out of touch with the market today. I wish I could recommend them but there are so many better options.

We had the ceiling and 2 walls removed, and added an outer wall, it was a huge undertaking. Once all the decisions were made, it was handed over to Steve Love, the project manager, who was amazing! Steve is a perfectionist, and involved in even the tiniest details. He gave me everything I wanted and more. They kept the project clean, and kept me informed at every move. They showed up everyday as promised. We did go over the completion date, but that's because I changed my mind several times, and Steve accommodated me at every level.
