The product did not arrive in retail packaging so it was really tough to know which was what. I had to take everything back to the showroom and my rep set down and wrote on each and every single piece what it was. Turned out that I've ended up ordering a few things wrong and needed to return them...Now, returning items is even a bigger headache..,you have to get a shipping label from them and start shipping different things back to their different locations. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the product back to the showroom and ask my rep to take care of the returns for me. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the refunds which was pretty upsetting. In the meantime, I've checked with a different national distributor the prices on everything I've purchased and it turned out that I've paid about $2000 too much in comparison to what it would have cost me had I've purchased the same product from them. Needless to say: Very bad system, extremely over priced, and I will not be buying here again.

He was honest, straightforward, and was helpful throughout the whole process. They aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive but the value for what you get is definitely there. Pros - Things very important to me. 1. They show up on time and on schedule every single day. 7:59am every single work day. It was amazing. 2. Trustworthy - I felt comfortable leaving them at my home knowing they clean up after themselves and take care of your things. 3. They finish the job and really want you to be happy & earn your future business. 4. Mr Dale/Mike/Isa and the rest of the crew are just overall awesome to deal with.
