Horrible customer service and when I call in I get the OFFSHORE team who treats me even worse, as if they aren't on the clock and being paid for it. I have been being charged every single month and most days I have no signal. I have documented this with screenshots of signal loss consistently and of the conversations I have had with the employees , and taking this to BBB since you refuse to help me as well as the other paying clients.

Unfortunately in order to do the necessary overrides to the system I had to be in the store I purchased my phone from, so I was sent to this location. At this location, my problems were dismissed without apology and it seemed as though I was the silly one to even suggest the manager do an override so I could get my 27 day old phone replaced (because of a manufacturer's mistake) in store instead of having to wait 4 days. It has been a couple of weeks and I forgot her name. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We left with five new phones after less than an hour. Switched from sprint. The store is clean and well lit and they had enough employees to take care of customers entering so you didn't have to waste time waiting. The only negative was that they had the music up too loud. It was hard to communicate with the associate wearing masks and sitting behind plastic screens. Turn it down about twenty percent please.

We went there on the 7th day, but it turns out that Cricket is closed on Wednesdays. CLOSED on a business day in the middle of the week! We went back the next day and they said... It's day 8 now so you are slam out of luck with us. They wouldn't refund any money and left us with an expensive phone that has no service essentially. The bad part is, they weren't apologetic or even friendly about it. They were quite curt. I highly recommend going with a more reputable company like T-Mobile or Verizon. Cricket doesn't seem to care about their customers once the phone is sold! Oh, and they won't unlock the phone either so we could go to a company with service in our area. Don't shop there!
