I came in early in the morning and waited for a bit and then when I was helped I was basically told that I would need a new phone and wasn't verified to be helped. I came back later after getting authorization and I'm so glad I came back when I did. The new people that helped me, Daryl and Chrystal, were amazing and were able to get my phone turned on. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the person in the morning wanting me to buy a brand new phone when it was fixable. Overall almost always a great experience.
