Unfortunately in order to do the necessary overrides to the system I had to be in the store I purchased my phone from, so I was sent to this location. At this location, my problems were dismissed without apology and it seemed as though I was the silly one to even suggest the manager do an override so I could get my 27 day old phone replaced (because of a manufacturer's mistake) in store instead of having to wait 4 days.
