The owner was working the day my husband and I went in and he spent his time explaining the pros and cons of each item we were looking for. Even though we were new to some of the products we were interested in, he didn't make us feel stupid or inconvenient and informed us thoroughly on the product. It was reasonably priced and the owner seemed genuinely interested in our goals. He even called after we made a purchase to see how we were doing. Definitely have found our regular shop for all of our needs. Would highly recommend them.

I asked several questions about supplements and got round about answers. The associate pointed a product out to me that he had personally tried. So I told him I tried something like it and the pills were large and red. I asked if it was similar but he then told me he was color blind and didn't know what the pills looked like. So tired of liars in this world. I left without buying anything; overpriced and dishonest. Explains GNC to to T. If GNC closes in at the west ridge mall, this sort of interaction would explain the reasons why. I also mentioned specifically what certain type of supplements that I liked and the individual had no idea what any of the ingredients actually did like: Creatine, arginine alpha keto glutarate, and d-aspartic acid.
