They called other pharmacies and found ey one that would fill it for $30 with a Good RX CARD. Without using my insurance. Love this pharmacy. They are extremely short handed now. Before shopping, I stopped at the customer service "money services" counter to exchange a $20 bill for two $10s. I was told that the cashier could not open the cash drawer for change only (even though I've exchanged cash at the west Dillons in the past). So I left and went to Hy-Vee where they gladly changed the $20 bill. And I was able to do all my grocery shopping at Hy-Vee. Great friendly customer service at Hy-Vee. Clearly Dillons is not big on customer service.
