Completely unprofessional and broke my SIM reader during a simple battery replacement…read more I brought my phone here specifically to have the battery and the charging port replaced. The phone worked perfectly fine otherwise; because the charging port was loose, I had simply been using a wireless charger for over a year, and I just wanted a fresh battery that held a charge longer. While they had my phone, they called me to claim my storage was full and asked if they could delete some of my games. I asked why they were even accessing my internal storage for a strictly physical hardware repair, and the woman immediately got very defensive. I explicitly told them to just do the work I requested. They then sent me photos claiming to show "water damage" on an internal chip. However, the photos showed absolutely no identifying details--no IMEI number or serial number--so I have no way of knowing if those pictures even came from my actual device. When I picked up my phone, it immediately showed a "Not Connected to Network" error. I pulled out the SIM tray and discovered my physical SIM card wasn't even in its slot; it was just floating loose on top of the tray. I have tried to re-seat the SIM card properly into the tray slot seven different times. Every single time I slide the tray back into the phone, something inside catches the card and forces it out of place, causing it to come unseated and lose network connection. When I called to report that my network connection and SIM reader were broken by their technicians, they casually just told me to bring it back. I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of professionalism, the unauthorized access to my storage, and the fact that a simple battery swap resulted in a phone that now cannot connect to a cellular network. Avoid this place. UPDATE they would claim no responsibility for anything. They said my phone was like that when it came in which is a gd lie. They know it and it know it. Better business bureau and Missouri Attorney General office is my next step after flooding the internet with this review. 2nd Update Took my phone to another repair shop who discovered that not on my had they broke the antenna inside so it could not make calls or messages, the battery they supposedly replaced is either faulty or they damaged it too. It will not charge above 1% on either a wireless or a direct cord connection and it gets extremely hot. Too hot to touch so ihad to unplug it to prevent a possible explosion of the battery. I ended up having to buy a new phone for $1299 because of their horrible service. They got pissed because I called them out on going through my phone so I guess they decided to get back. Look who's laughing now. I can afford a new phone. They're going to have to deal with the attorney general's office and the better business bureau as I have filled complaints with both. Plus they can deal with the loss of business from my reviews posted on TRUSTPILOT, YELP, GOOGLE,NEXT DOOR. People do look at reviews. As soon as I find more places to post reviews I will be doing so. So there TXK.

DON'T SHOP HERE. EVER…read more This store is owned and operated by SPRING MOBILE, and NOT AT&T. The Spring Mobile employees wear AT&T shirts, have AT&T logos on everything and do their best to make you think you're in a genuine AT&T store, but don't be fooled. You don't want to buy your phone or anything else from this reseller. For starters, AT&T allows 14 days to return a phone, so if you buy it on the 1st of the month, you can return it by the 15th per my local AT&T Corporate store manager. A FULL 14 DAYS. Unfortunately, Spring Mobile doesn't count days the same as you or I may count them. They take off one day, meaning you must return the phone by the 14th. Using this counting method, a one-day car rental would require you to return the car when you arrive to pick it up. AT&T support told me that I was allowed to return my phone on day 14, but Spring Mobile said they would need to get permission from AT&T. So I stood in the store with the Spring Mobile salesman and waited for AT&T corporate support to call in. AT&T called the store numerous times while we waited, but I never heard their phone ring. The Spring Mobile salesman said, "well, I guess they're not going to call". So I quietly called the store myself and didn't hear any ringing in the store, but my number appeared on the store phone. THE SALESMAN HAD TURNED OFF THE RINGER ON THE STORE PHONE TO AVOID TAKING THE CALL FROM AT&T CORPORATE! What kind of sleazy tactic is that? When I pointed this out, the Spring Mobile salesman kicked me out, saying he was powerless to help me. AT&T also tried to contact Taylor Nakatani at Spring Mobile corporate support in Utah. Phone calls, emails and promises went back and forth, but Spring Mobile simply lied about everything. Just in case you're thinking that maybe this store would be okay for buying phone accessories, be aware that they charge $35 for $3 phone cases (I looked up the price online), $20 for car charger plugs (just a USB socket WITHOUT any included cable) and $20 for throwaway-quality iPhone cables. Yep, for a case and a car charger with cable, you'll pay $75. Or you could buy the same stuff at Walmart for $5-10. So if you REALLY want to get ripped off, shop here. If you want to deal with ethical, friendly and polite mobile phone salespersons, go to the genuine AT&T store in Zona Rosa.
