I have been here twice now to have a cracked screen replaced. The first time, the screen had white splotches under it, so I took it back in. the second screen was fine. I had a crack again so I took it here to get it replaced, and this time they must have damaged something internally because I have been having glitches, unresponsiveness, and it won't charge when plugged in. The employees where nice enough. But the quality of the fix is lacking. Within a week my phone screen went black and stopped working. I went back in and waited anything 2.5 hours for another repair. A week later the screen had a small crack. I have a case and I did not drop it. I was informed that this is not covered under the warranty. 3 days after the small crack my screen went black again and stopped working. From day one of the first repair the screen color and touch sense was off. The second repair had a better color but same issues with the touch sense. I do not recommend this company. Cost was $119 plus tax, which everything considered I thought was a fair price. I did not see any problems with the quality of their work. Poor service- Year old Gen 7 iPad fixed broken screen. Battery charging fine before- got it back and battery wouldn't charge. Called them- they told me my battery was bad- technician noted- but they "forgot" to call me about it. Told them 3 times during these repairs I wanted a screen protector and Otter Box. Came to pick up after 2nd time and had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish putting a screen protector on. Still no Otter box. Do not recommend and will not be back. read more

If I could write negative stars I would. I took my phone into them to get a cracked Iphone repaired. The back of the phone was cracked which was messing up the camera. They asked me for the passcode/pin, which I thought was suspect. I reluctantly gave it to them and that was a mistake I'll never make again. They repaired the case, but after that my phone would restart or turn off every 5min. I noticed emails and notifications of someone trying to access my accounts...email, banks, retirement accounts, turbotax, etc. I was charged about $230 for their services and it is the most regretful $230 I've ever spent. I've had issues with my data and personal information ever since. Don't trust these guys! BTW, their parts are not Apple, Samsung or LG parts. They are 3rd party parts. What that means is that if you want to upgrade your phone or send it in for a replacement then the manufacturer will not honor the trade. They make their replacement parts "look the part" by having an apple, samsung or LG logo on it. They are anything but. Have a good day! read more

I'm Military and had to plan a time to where I could drop off my phone for two days, and when I came to pick it up, was extremely disappointed when they had not completed any work. The touch screen was broken with lines coming down the screen and the battery being old needed to be replaced. They told me they didn't notice a problem with either so as I walk out of the store the screen starts acting up again. Do not go here, they obviously don't want your business. read more

These guys are the worst. Forget these guys! They gave me a quote for a screen and LED replacement of $129 and then changed it to $189, specifications had not changed at all. Then when I went to pick up the tablet I saw it was actually damaged significantly worse than how I left it, totally unsalvageable. These guys are nasty, unprofessional, vindictive extortionists. My iPhone 7 Plus is 'water resistant' but despite that after dropping it in the creek I wasn't able to use my home button, cameras were foggy with condensation and my screen display was wonky. Don't use them, I wish I would have saved my money and bought a new Apple Watch! Also anyone with an Apple Watch get insurance on it! I had dropped my watch and shattered my screen so i took it to them to replace the screen. They had told me it would take about a week so I waited a week with no call. A week later I called them asking if it was done and they asked if I would hold and I respectfully said yes. They didn't mute or put me on hold so I could hear every word they were saying. I herd them say and I quote,"Is this the girl we called twice with no answer that sounds like a man?"... So I was already upset and I never received a call from them but I just bit my tongue and carried on. I went and picked up my watch, paid the $200 and went home. That was on a Thursday and I work everyday so I'm not available everyday during their business hours. I had noticed that the screen they had replaced wasn't centered so their was a gap on one of the sides and I feared getting water in it. The watch is suppose to be water resistant! So I take it back in and ask them to recenter it if possible. They call me about an hour later and it's ready so I go pick it back up. This is on a Thursday again. So durning the weekend I went on a trip and while i was there I had forgot my charger so it died so I thought. I had it on the charger and it wouldn't turn on so I assumed the screen was pushing on it weird or a button was stuck. I brought the watch back in on Monday (a week and a half since they first replaced the screen) and they go to look and it and now it's full of water. I AM TOLD THAT IS IT IN THE NON DISCLOSURE THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER WATER RESISTANT AFTER THEY WORK ON YOUR DEVICE!! So now I'm down $200 and spent driving back and forth for them to not fix it the first time and they will only help me look for a new one when I wasn't told this information when they agreed to fix it or when they gave it back to me.. Mobil Revive should have a sign that says. "Once we work on your device it is no longer water resistant!!" read more

Brought my phone in 6 weeks or so ago to have the screen fixed. I believe the screen was defective or improperly installed because when I lightly pulled it out of my pocket yesterday the screen near the home button shattered. I have not dropped or banged the phone since they replaced it the screen. I reached out to them to find a resolution and they were not helpful at all.
