The young man behind the counter took it (sorry, I didn't get his name), took one look and said there was "gunk" in the charging port and it would be $15 to clean it. He took it and dug out a lot of gunk and in less than 5 minutes and my phone was fixed. Absolutely great service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises for any electronic repairs.
