For $120, I got a new hard drive and FULL data recovery OVER NIGHT. It was so fast and so easy, and their Apple specialist called me personally to talk to me about what was going to happen to my computer before he did anything. They weren't the cheapest quote that I received…read more(that's one of the reasons that I chose them), but they were in the ballpark and the ETA was reasonable. I use Carbonite and unfortunately it did not back up some of the items that I need. They continued to work with me to restore these items even though they did not charge me for reloading data due to my (incomplete) Carbonite backup. No BS, straight forward experience.
