A few months ago, I bought some Apple Air Tags for our vacation to Barbados . One night we were out late and it started to rain. We both wear glasses and were lost. I opened up the app and it had taken us straight to our room. 5 weeks ago we bought a new high-quality TV. All of a sudden it quit working. We spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad and LG in Singapore. We were getting nowhere. I spoke to the manager as calmly as I could because we were mad as can be. He said we will replace the TV and waived delivery and set up fees.

Had it up and running just fine without having to do anything. Asked me to bring in my monitor to check it. The monitor ended up being the problem. Diagnostic was very reasonably priced. Had a monitor in stock that was also reasonably priced so they fixed me up. Very happy with the experience and will gladly return in the future with any further computer problems.

They replaced it and it's worked ever since but I realized way later that they took the read/write drive and the audio board. I will never take anything to them ever again. Even though the tower still works and they charged us over $300 they basically stole the good stuff out of our tower and got paid also.
