I was so surprised with their install price... They told me on the phone that if they could get it installed in under (I think) they said 5 minutes it would be free. If it went over that time it would be $39.00. Wait What? I took in my laptop and they work on it in a location you can watch what they are doing. It really appeared like they were trying to get done before 5 minutes. Almost like it was a competition or something. He failed but was not going to charge me. I insisted on paying. He tried so hard to get it done within 5 minutes. It was more like 7 minutes. I gladly paid the $35. It's been a couple of months now and my laptop runs like a chp now. I highly recommend this company. They saved me over $100.00 in parts and service and did a great job doing it.

I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was scammed after paying them $200 they "forgot" to do the entire repair leading the the screen failing 10 days later. The screen costs them$45 in an hour they make $150 in labor and can't bother to offer me any discount or solution after they are at fault. Absolutely worst phone repair experience ever.
