They replaced it and it's worked ever since but I realized way later that they took the read/write drive and the audio board. I will never take anything to them ever again. Even though the tower still works and they charged us over $300 they basically stole the good stuff out of our tower and got paid also.

THROWADISC.COM "Lost…read moremy order..." then when I called to leave my number for the boss man... they "lost my number." Then they run out of the product I ordered and make a compromise by shipping me half of what I ordered plus some dinky freebees. They refunded half of my PayPal order. (Now a month since my original online purchase...) When the order finally made it to my door... it was STILL wrong. When I called the owner just now... his response was "I don't know what you want me to do man." Costumer service is not this guy's cup of tea. If he were smart, he would have simply refunded my entire purchase (a whopping $15) apologized, and called it a lesson learned. Nope. Instead he wants negative feedback on Google, Yelp, and eBay. Good luck with that business strategy sir.

We just moved back in town to Topeka after living in Colorado for 15 years. We were on a budget and…read moreso was referred by family to try this shop out. The prices were cheap enough so we bought a washer and dryer and mattress. The washer and dryer was delivered to us and the workers who installed it were acting a little suspicious, but we thought might be nerves. Anywho they told us not to turn on washer machine for a while as it had to set, and to wait 4 hours well we did and when we started it up the washer machine would make a loud banging noise when it got to the spin cycle, next we notice the floor in our bedroom began to feel wet so we thought a pipe line busted. We called a plumber and no busted line however the connection from the washing machine was not connected properly and it caused a flood. My husband who is a handy man reconnected everything and we noticed the bottom of the washer machine was really really rusted, they sold us an damaged rigged machine. Fast forward a month and I noticed the mattress we got from them has bed bugs, so we had to throw it away. Beware of this company they are not honest and there is nothing dandy about them.

They did a fairly extensive repair on my mower and got it done in half the time they estimated. I will most definitely return when I need service or new equipment. On top of making my mower function the way it did when it was new, the beast was also cleaner than when I dropped it off. No new dirt, oil, grease, etc. My only criticism is that they charge an extra 3% for paying with a card, which is OK, they lose that much to a bank for handling the transaction. The criticism is that they didn't mention that until it was time to pay. A little 'heads up' on that would be great. I'll be down there looking at tillers pretty soon.
