Fortunately I was offered a same day appointment because there happened to be an empty spot - not expected service but lucky for me. The receptionists were super friendly and got my basics tests done really quickly and professionally. I then met Dr. Kristina Kennedy - she was awesome. Probably the best optometrist I have ever seen. She was very friendly, listened to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and even answered my side curiosity-driven questions regarding optometry. Dr. Kennedy was very very knowledgeable, 1000% sure know what she is doing. Her presence literally screams professionalism. She also made sure I understand that they offer and accommodate ER visits anytime when I needed, also went over ER signs to watch out for. The practice was not pushing or trying to sell me any products. They really respected my choices on shopping for glasses and contacts. This is exactly what a professional practice should be offering instead of straight up solutions - options to solutions. The pricing was reasonable as well. I didn't have insurance so I paid out of pocket. Parking was very available. Location was easy to access. I walked in this place hoping for 4/5 experience- they gave me 100/5 experience.

I called my bank and they said no charges had even been made! I went back in and she tried again. Her reply was shock & said "It worked!" That was just plain rude! She told me she would speak to the Dr and get them ordered today! Well, now I've called twice since and they're still not in. The Dr said she got the flu & wasn't able to order them until two days later. Now....my sons glasses have been taped and glued since December & Dr Annie knew this when we had the exam. This place has the worst customer service I've experienced in a "professional" office! There's not much professionalism & reliability here! There is another optometrist in this office that I'm sure could have ordered my sons glasses if Dr Annie would have asked.

I…read morecalled them after two weeks without glasses, and they told me that the glasses had shipped. Four days later I called to find out if the glasses had arrived, and they told me that they shipped just that morning. In other words, they lied about being shipped earlier. Further, they sent the glasses through snail mail instead of Fedex, and will not arrive for another three days. What were they thinking? If the glasses actually do arrive, it will be nearly four weeks after the original order. If the prescription is not exactly correct, I will demand a refund and will purchase the glasses elsewhere, which has to be better than waiting another four weeks from this outfit. I will never buy glasses from them again. UPDATE: It has now been over a month and still no glasses. I need to go to another place to get glasses because I can no longer go without.
