They helped me understand trade-ins a few weeks ago when I was really confused, and today they walked me through the Pro membership and Pokémon card pre-orders so clearly! I took my iPhone to Game World to have the screen repaired (I should have known, right?). Besides…read morethe cracked screen my phone worked perfectly and I was told the screen would be fixed in a couple of days. After several days of not hearing from them I went in to the store to check on my phone, only to find out it was not there. Eventually I got my phone back, which would no longer turn on or charge. I took it back because the woman working on it insisted she could fix it. I had to call 3 times and leave messages, go in to the store demanding my phone back several times but no one ever knew where the phone was exactly. When I finally got it back the second time, the screen was burnt-out and my data had been wiped clean. Needless to say, I will not be returning a third time. I spoke to both the owner and manager, both were rude and made no effort to rectify the situation, including denying me a refund. I have never met such an unprofessional group of idiots that claim to repair electronics.

The variety they carry is nice. The Cons: I personally wouldn't sell my stuff here. They will essentially give you next to nothing for your stuff. Yes, I know, they have to make money to resell and they have to base it off of what's popular and all that. I know how this works. However, when you bring in some AMAZING new condition Criterion blu-rays (11 total) and they offer you $3.87... um, no. Highway robbery at that point. You might as well sell your stuff online. I also think some of their new DVDs are ridiculously overpriced. A brand new DVD for like $25? You're insane. You can buy most brand new DVDs online for $12.
