They stand behind their product. If something is wrong with you purchase they will pay to have it fixed or they will give you something better in a trade. These guys are some stand up good American gentleman. Go here before even thinking about going to Ogden's Best. Because Ogden's Best is really Ogden's Worst. Pat's truly does have the best pricing. If they don't they will match the competitor price. Don't believe me, go inside and take a look for yourself. Then call Quantico or another gun store. You will see that everyone over charges. Don't believe Quantico's flip price tag crap. They say, they have to show the MSRP price by law and then they show you a cheaper price on the other side of the tag. Guess what that is total BS. Their cheaper price is still higher than Pat's deals. Godfrey's is the only gun store around that has comparable prices to pats. Don't believe me again. Go to Quantico and ask to see their SCAR 16S price. Its $2399.99. Go to Godfrey's and the same SCAR is $1899.99. The point I'm making is go to Pat's. If they don't have what you want then they will order if for you. If they can't order it for you then go to Godfrey's. Stay away from Ogden's Best and Quantico Tactical.

The new setup completely contradicted my requests as he put on heavy strings, and raised the action of the guitar. He couldn't tell me why he did it, and said "I wouldn't have done that unless you asked me to". DISAGREEING WITH ME. My guess was it was a result of poor organization of his repairs. I asked him "where we went from here", as he wanted me to pay $50 for a downgrade in quality. He refused to accept fault and made it clear that I wouldn't be leaving the shop with my guitar until I paid. I was shocked by the treatment, paid and have never gone back since.
