Their online storefront could use some work - it feels like the early 2000s. Clunky and hard to navigate. I couldn't even find their hours online. (sigh) But do yourself a favor and just go to the store. Or call. It's worth your time.

What really set this place apart was the adorable young lady working there. My friend and I were standing outside trying to finish our ice cream before coming in - so as not to drip on the carpet or anything. She must have been a little lonely (not many customers in the mall that night), or just very friendly, because she let us come in anyway and engaged in some interesting conversation. If all the staff are as nice as her then this must be a good place to shop and/or work. Talking with her almost made me wish I was living near Manhattan ;)

I was in town for work and decided to walk around the area and saw this cute store. (If I hadn't been flying the next day I would have LOVED to get some of their gorgeous flowers). The staff inside were also very friendly. Sent it back to the Aggieville store in Manhattan as indicated. I have not had any response after 3 weeks so called the number listed for Rally, it is not the tele number for the Aggieville store rather a central number 913.340.7002. Was told by Rally respondent that I needed a tracking order for the item sent back in order to get a refund; there was nothing, NOTHING, in the instructions that said I needed to keep the tracking receipt. To bad, according to the Rally respondent, you loose. Follow the instructions written on their website and YOU LOOSE. I will NEVER order from them again.

Upon walking in today, I was very impressed with the selection of K-State items and apparel. The women's section started at the front of the store and continued towards the back. There were plenty of men's and children's clothing options, housewares, jewelry, scarves, and everything you can imagine to show K-State Pride. There are also areas with Royals and Chiefs gear. The Rally House locations in KC and Lawrence have gear for other colleges (I have gotten K-State stuff in Lawrence in fact!) but here is a K-State exclusive spot. Who needs KU colors in here anyway to ruin the view? The prices though make this place worth celebrating. A zip hoodie at Varney's was $90+ and here it is $40! A cute tee or tank at Varney's was $60-70 and here it is $20-30. I applaud Rally House for bringing in a wide range of items at affordable prices.

Paid $3100 for a couch. Over a month later, parts of it were delivered but they were missing the…read morecomplete set and one piece had the fabric damaged by the knife they used to cut the plastic off. I noticed it and asked them to replace it. The delivery guy said, "That part will be covered by the remaining piece once we deliver it." I said "Absolutely not! I paid $3100 for a couch I want what I paid for. Especially having kids that will find that and hide their toys in it eventually and rip it wider." They told me they would order them and I would wait another 2-3 weeks for the final pieces to arrive. I tried calling but they never called back. Texted the number but very rarely texted back. Then, they said they accidentally ordered the wrong part but "they found a replacement". I automatically assumed that they decided to send me the floor model. Sure enough, they delivered me the floor model. I knew because it was faded and not wrapped like the other pieces were when they were delivered. I sent them back catching with the floor model and said I want what I paid for. They offered to call the store to work it out when I demanded that I should call them. I went back in my house but my cameras caught them talking to their manager on speaker and were complaining about how the replacement piece "didn't fool me". They told me they had to order a new one then, uh duh! Will never return. Will drive elsewhere and tell them the same experience and hope that this store does a revamp of their employees.
